After being rescued by the AA man, he had suggested taking my car to A&A Merchtech to be fixed! Although busy the team offered to have my car sitting with them to squeeze it in when they could …. From the moment it was dropped off to the moment I picked it back up a week later the service was fantastic! Tony and the team kept me updated each step of the way, was transparent with pricing and went above and beyond in ensuring it was back up and running (incl. fixing an extra issue that had occurred from a service at a different garage). I will be returning for future servicing and repairs given the amazing service! Highly highly recommend!

Genuinely the best service I have ever had from any car repair service, diagnosed and replaced part on the same day, for nearly half the price that Mercedes wanted to charge. Washed and cleaned the car within that price too, it was my first time using them and Ive just booked in a service for in a couple of weeks time, I wont trust anyone else with my car going forwards. Had a serious misfire on my Porsche 997 and had a local garage change the plugs and coils and ran exactly the same and was told by 2 garages that the engine was faulty and could be looking at anything up to £10.000 for a rebuild. I was told about Getting a diagnostic test with A&A Merctech and had the car booked in with an extremely polite and very professional and knowledgeable lady on reception. They carried out a test and found nothing wrong so they manually checked the plugs and coils and found they had not been correctly fitted. Only charged me £270.00 and the car now drives perfectly !!! Fantastic company to deal with and will highly recommend to anyone who needs a professional service from start to finish. Top marks 10 out of 10. Well done

Brilliant company all round, timescales, getting the job done etc. Been using this firm for over 20 years and take all my Mercedes there, much better personal service compared to the main dealers and you get the same quality service and job done.
