I purchased a 2021 Jeep Wrangler from buzz special vehicles in September last year (8 months ago). Throughout the whole experience Alex was professional, efficient, and was excellent at communication. He sent multiple videos and pictures of the Wrangler throughout the process, from initial interest, to it being detailed for collection. The vehicle has been perfect since the purchase over 8 months ago. Despite living 100 miles away, I will be heading back in the summer for a service due to their extensive knowledge and passion for Wranglers. I would highly recommend!

I had been in contact with Alex at Buzz to discuss options to replace the stock rear exhaust off my Wrangler with something less 'commercial van' looking. We discussed potential options and agreed on the best for me, and arranged a time to get it fitted - all of which was flawless! Upon visiting Buzz it was obvious these guys really know what they're doing with Jeeps, probably more than Jeep themselves! Alex gave some great advice about worthwhile upgrades and things to steer clear of, including some of the terrible 'advice' commonly dispensed on forums. It's also worth knowing that Buzz actually race all over the world in their vehicles with a very high success rate, so the updates are not just for vanity. I'll be back in the future for more mods, standard servicing and sound advice.

Simply brilliant. Alex and his team resolved an issue with an appointment in days. Their rates are better than the main dealers and they are more knowable on Wranglers. They fixed the issue rapidly, while I waited which was staggering as they had to remove seats and the centre console. Alex is passionate about 4x4 and off road activity and will readily share his advice. I cannot recommend them enough. So much so I have just bought my next Wrangler off them.
