When you are compelled to ring a garage that you have never used before it is always stressful, but Autocare were excellent. They fit my car in at short notice and did diagnostics smoothly and gave me full feedback. Simple and high quality service. Price of the diagnostic test was competitive.

Paul and the team at Autocare are fantastic. Our Kia Niro EV died on our driveway two days ago. Kia said we'd have to wait until January to have it looked at and we were quoted £500 by our recovery company just to have it collected and taken to the nearest garage. A few garages I called, including Kwik Fit, said they weren't equipped to help as they didn't have staff trained with EV. Paul went and sought advice from his team at Autocare and assured us that not only did they think they could fix it but they would fit us in immediately. He helped advise my husband on how to jump start the car and saved us £500 on that alone. The team replaced the battery, same day and we couldn't be more grateful. Paul was friendly, knowledgable and trustworthy. We will definitely be returning customers!

Needed my clutch replacing as it kept slipping. I rang around and found Autocare Cheshunt were the best priced. I booked in, quick service and a good job well done. Very happy with the service, the price and the staff were great. No problems recommending and will use again in the future.
