Gem did a great job of cleaning our carpets - I would highly recommend them to everyone in the area. They got rid of stains in which we had tried to remove for years.

I've recently purchased some cloths and products from Paul Hilton GEM Cleaning (Midlands) Ltd. For Maid in Stone Can't recommend Paul and GEM cleaning enough! Prompt responses, delivery and great products!

My 2nd stay here recently and payed for breakfast which is good quality and plentiful, my only criticism is the beds they are far to hard and that would be the only reason I wouldn't stay again but great location nice welcoming staff and owners please just sort the beds out I would be more than happy to visit again.
