Robin's Nest have recently completed work this January on my garden at our house in Park Grove (Six Streets area), Derby. Matt visited initially to sketch our what we wanted and then sent through a range of quote options promptly via email. We agreed on the cost of the work and then the best dates to get the work done for us and his team. Rob then arrived with his team (Jake & Tom) on the agreed date and they completed the work professionally and efficiently until completion. We are thrilled with the end result of what Jake & Tom did with our garden. We replaced our muddy back lawn with artificial grass (two football mad sons are very happy!) and tidied up the look and feel of the garden by removing a shed, Wendy house etc, repurposed the garden path, replaced an old gate and created raised beds on each side of the gardens with sleepers on either side. I would highly recommend Robins Nest Landscaping and their team for any landscaping work required with your garden and would 100% use them again.

Robin's Nest have just recently completed some work on my garden, installing some sleepers and some levelling off work. The team of Rob, Will and Big Angus were absolutely amazing, extremely professional, very polite and friendly all of them, and the work they have carried has been done to a very high standard which I am extremely happy with. I am now really looking forward to getting the team back sometime to get some more work done on the garden, would highly recommend Robin's Nest for any of your gardening/landscaping work. Jas

Really pleased with the job Robins Nest did with our new patio and pergola 47m2 of sandstone paving, retaining wall and pergola Very professional from start to finish and a great helpful set of lads doing the work, with a great work ethic, finished product looks better than we were hoping for and Matt was always on hand to sort any queries Everything left tidy every day and completed within a week despite difficult access meaning everything had to be wheelbarrowed in Came in at a very reasonable price as well Really recommend Robins Nest

If you want a stress free, beautiful wedding or event I can not recommend Emma and Rebecca enough! They are the most lovely ladies who are there to support from the first viewing to kicking you out at the end of the night. The thought of planning a wedding whilst living abroad was a scary prospect but thanks to Ivy House it was a wonderful experience. Our day was absolutely perfect and we wouldn't change a thing, even down to the tiny details it was our dream wedding. Thank you so much to you both!

Emma and Rebecca were incredibly attentive to our needs throughout the wedding planning process and helped create our perfect vision. The decor looked stunning and the gorgeous grounds provided a beautiful scenery for our day. Our guests, (many of whom had never been to Calke Abbey before) were blown away with the venue. The ladies at Ivy House were superb. They took care of every detail and went out of their away to ensure everything was perfect for us. They went above and beyond making sure every detail was covered. With the beautiful location, extremely professional, thorough and helpful wedding planners and charming décor, it was simply a perfect day! We are so grateful to the Ivy House Ladies for making our Wedding Day everything we could have wished for.

Where do I start?! Emma and the team were absolutely amazing from beginning to end! Emma could make sense of my rather vague descriptions of how I wanted things, the vision seemed clear in my head but it proved difficult trying to explain it. She knew exactly what to do to bring it to life and nothing was too much trouble. On the day she never stopped - she’s the extra bridesmaid/ best friend doing everything she could to help us and keeping us calm, the on the day coordinator seamlessly organising the supplier arrivals, personal chauffeur when we needed to move our car and slightly crazy looking lady running through the gardens so Chris would have a natural smile for the photos!! The dedication was another level! With me being rather OCD I didn’t know if I would be able to step back and enjoy the day fully without worrying about things but from the day before when we took all our things to set up I completely relaxed knowing everything was under control. Emma’s family were the perfect team and they couldn’t do enough for us but at the same time they felt like friends as they are so lovely and chilled. The day went so perfectly and we cannot thank Emma enough for her huge part in this. The only disappointment is that we can’t do the day all over again!!

I have absolutely no idea how we would have coped without Rebecca and Emma from Ivy House Weddings when it came to planning our wedding. We couldn’t have asked for better support to help create the most perfect day, and the attention to detail from the planning stages right through to the last dance on the day was amazing to ensure that everything ran smoothly - we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rebecca and Emma to anyone getting married. Don’t do it alone - they will look after you so well and you won’t regret it!

Lovely salon with lovely stylists, we had the junior stylist do my 5 year olds hair, her first trip to the salon and she was insanely excited. She was made to feel very special and it was a great experience. Then down stairs for a slice of gorgeous victoria sponge cake. Perfect girl day.

What a lovely place to be in. I can't believe how very clean & welcoming this place is. It's has probably best rated toasty sandwiches and coffee in the whole town. BUT to top it all up, it has great hair saloon with very talented and professional staff. Well laid out, over three floors, the place has coffee on the ground floor with outdoor seating, hair saloon on other 2 floors laid out in 5 seperate rooms to give extra privacy and attention for customers. Great place to visit. Most certainly, I will come back as the freshly made toasty with a hint of baltic flavour is calling on my senses to enjoy it again. Highly recommended. It's worth a visit.

Love this place. Not for my dad cut, but my kids wash/cut/style/extension things. Lucy is brilliant and looks after them so well. The coffee is also amazing! Highly recommended

No.10 Derby is absolutely amazing! I've had my hair dyed and cut by them twice now and both times have been wonderful. Staff are really caring. Prices are worthwhile. Hair has come out amazing both times.

We got married at Swancar and it was the best decision we made. We viewed many venues but non were as spectacular as Swancar farm. We were lucky enough to have Rebecca as our wedding coordinator, from start to finish she was incredible. Her ability to coordinate, organise and arrange for our vision to come to life was amazing. Throughout our planning meetings Rebecca listened attentively, I felt reassured that the our special day was in good hands, nothing was ever too much of a problem. She really did take the stress away. The venue itself is stunning, from the stables, bridal suite, oak hall and breakfast area, we can’t fault a thing. All staff on the day were so friendly, lovely and attentive. The food was delicious, receiving many compliments from our guests. It truly was a spectacular day and we are so very grateful for Rebecca and the whole team on making this so very special. Thank you, Holly & Ryan x

Had the most fantastic experience here last week for my daughters wedding. Everything from start to finish was unbelievable. From the setting of the wedding to the photos, food was amazing. Excellent all round from the staff in particular Tammy who have everything pinned down to the second.

Came here for a family wedding (surprise!) What a venue. Walked through the main doors into an open courtyard and then several reception rooms off the courtyard. Think it's 16th century from what I was told. Wooden beams everywhere and looks stunning. Everyone of the staff were 5 star from servers to bar staff..... Very polite and very helpful. We didn't stay overnight but saw a couple of the rooms which looked impeccable. Well thought out wedding venue and a great night to boot. Thank you all 👍💥👍

I had just been to a wedding here, and it was amazing. the staff and managers are so helpful. the ground looks great. The rooms look amazing. the food is the best I have had in long time. There is lots of parking. very posh venue 5* just a amazing place to have a wedding or go to a wedding. be nice to have a kids area I did not see one. the drive/road cud do with a passing area so you don't have to drive on the mud and a better signage on the main road but overall what a amazing place to get married thanks to all friendly staff I had a great time 😁 and wow the food 🤤

I needed a replacement fence panel. A good match was found and the job was done quickly. More recently, after the winter storms, a ridge tile that had blown off my roof was replaced. A suitable replacement tile was sourced quickly and the job was carried out within days. Extenscapes also added a gate to the side of my house. Again, the work was carried out quickly and professionally. I’m more than pleased with all the work done.

I had my back garden done by extenscapes and I am more than happy with it. The design team were lovely and very polite, the job was done exactly to the plan/design how i wanted, also i changed a few things from the plan but they were more than happy to do it for me, there suggestions were brilliant also all within my budget. I'd recommend these to anyone that wants a friendly, polite, professional job doing. There attention to detail was second to none. Thanks again David & team your professional attitude always remained 10 out of 10 throughout the entire job regardless of the weather conditions & minor probelms. If anyone needs work done in Derby then these are the guys you want to call. You won't be disappointed.

Amazing hairdressers, you get amazing service, and the hairdressers are lovely and welcoming 💜 It is a bit pricey. HOWEVER, you really get what you pay for, and it's very much worth it.

Always very friendly it's a place you feel relaxed as soon as you walk in the door.Every hairdresser welcomes you and then your own hairdresser comes over has a chat,and will always ask how or if you want your hair doing the same way and that means alot to me.Also the mean thing I have a nice time as I have trouble with my nerves but as I say I feel relaxed here.There is alot of nice things to look at when you are waiting it is decorated smartly and well thought out.Well done to all the ladies 10/10.
