Following an illness my house was very much in need of a tidy and deep clean. 2 lovely ladies from Poppies came and spent a few hours bringing it up to standard, I thought the price charged was very reasonable. We then booked them in to come once a fortnight to do a general clean of the ground floor and do not regret it. Anna (and occasionally Karen) are pleasant and hard working. They are always on time and best of all are flexible so that they can accommodate my husband who works from home. Even though I am now slowly getting better this is the best decision we have made recently and I look forward to seeing them regularly.

We've been using Poppies for over a year now. Tracey and Paula have been absolutely brilliant and we've not had a bad experience yet. Any feedback is always addressed promptly and we've never had a day be missed - they always find a way to cover sickness or holidays which is really great for us! We have three cats and a very(!) lively dog so I bet our house is not exactly a dream client house but our regular cleaners have always been amazing with our pets and very patient. Thank you!

I have been using Poppies for a number of years now for both home and office and we have always found them reliable, professional, honest and trustworthy. Always love arriving to find a lovely clean home (and they make a fuss of my dogs) and our office is always of a very high standard and they are in and out before we arrive. Would highly recommend for both office and home cleaning.

Had an oven & hob clean by Jo and she did a sparkling job! My wire racks are all shiny and new and the inside of my oven is so clean! Glass is polished and hob has all the small bits I struggling to get off myself removed. Very happy with it!

She arrives on time and gets stuck in going above and beyond to make sure you are happy with her efforts. I would highly recommend Benvale Home Maintenance - Ben was happy to tackle a variety of issues in our house including fitting a dishwasher, a complicated problem with fitting a cooker hood, putting up blinds and basically anything else we asked him to help with. No job is too much for him he just gets on with sorting everything and I wouldn't hesitate to book him again.

Ben has done a wonderful job on refreshing our walk in shower cubicle, removing and replacing all the old grout,re-grouting and resealing. He was recommended to us by a friend and we have not been disappointed. Very professional, cleared away all evidence of a very messy job we are very satisfied, our bathroom looks as new again.

Ben recently completed several jobs around the house for me (ranging from installing a new dishwasher to repairing an old wooden window frame, grouting the hearth tiles to repairing a kitchen cabinet door). I found Ben to be professional and friendly, organised and neat and tidy in his approach to the work. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ben (as indeed, I already have) and look forward to welcoming him back again in the future as my new ‘go to’ handy person. A well deserved 5 star rating !

Ben did a brilliant job for us repairing our leaking gutters which had been poorly installed. He was also incredibly helpful offering advice for other issues we had with the house. I wouldn't hesitate in using Benvale again or recommending to friends and family.

End of tenancy clean. They did an excellent job getting the property back to a good condition to hand back to the Landlord that evening. They were very thorough, very competitive and the staff very friendly. I selected them as a local privately owned company with no prior knowledge of them. I would recommend them to anyone needing cleaning services in the Derby area.

Called Craig to remove an old dated carport, he didn’t hesitate to take the job on, came round, gave me a really good competitive price. Arranged to suit my availability. Contacted P and C and spoke to Craig. I had a minor emergency plumbing job and although he was snowed under with work and had a weekend away planned he managed to fit me in at short notice. I am absolutely delighted with the service he provided and a good quality job was done. Overall I am really pleased and would definitely use him again and I would highly recommend. Well done Craig you're a life saver!

Craig has transformed a very shabby, unloved house by repairing and painting the walls, ceilings and woodwork throughout. He was friendly, thorough and very helpful. He was also able to do a number of extra repair and fitting jobs that I thought of whilst he was there! The house now looks lovely, I'm so pleased with the result.

Craig carried out some interior decoration & painting jobs and put up shelves in my mum's house. I found him to be reliable and trustworthy. He always turned up when he said he would and worked hard. Both Craig & Luke were top notch guys! Really friendly, polite and professional. Their rates were reasonable. Craig was very helpful and nice to talk to.
