Top Cafes in Hockley heath, West midlands

Stayed for 1 night after flying into Birmingham Airport 10 minute drive. Lovely ground floor room decent breakfast. The young lady on reception was lovely. Its the best premier inn we have stayed in .

Stayed here for a family get together for Christmas. Perfect service by Tracy on the bar and in the restaurant. Checked in by Billie on reception. Zoe was delighted at breakfast service. Everyone we encountered was brilliant and so friendly with the children. Right on my doorstep would definitely be back soon.

The location is only a 20 min drive from the NEC which was great. Only thing is fighting the motorway to get too and from!
Jade who was on reception a few times throughout our stay was lovely!
Very polite and friendly, nothing was too much trouble.
We were witness to her dealing with difficult customers, she was very polite and understanding and patient despite the fact the customers were rude and obnoxious!
The room was clean and lovely staff!

Second time we've stayed here. Price was brilliant, staff were very friendly and helpful. Charlotte 'staff member' at breakfast was rushed off her feet, but was also brilliant. Hats off to Charlotte. Don't think I've ever had a bad stay at any premier inn. For what you pay, it's very decent

A fantastic stay. Tracy was amazing behind the bar and serving food. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We have 2 young children and all the staff were very helpful. I would highly recommend.
