Lots of space, indoors and out. Good selection of food and drinks.

Very polite and friendly staff with a clean environment and a good selection of hot and cold food, ranging from snacks to meals. The shortbread is a must to try. The staff stayed calm and worked very efficiently even though the place was busy. Look out for cake of the week - it was gin and lime when we visited. Nice clean toilets as well.

I would like to express my gratitude to Charlie and all her staff for looking after me when I had a nosebleed. They were extremely kind and did everything they could to help me. They are a credit to Packwood.
