I've gone to Gloria Jean's a few times and I've always thoroughly enjoyed the food and service there. I'd like to especially credit Emily D who was especially attentive and polite. She went above and beyond what I'd expect any worker to do and she seemed sincerely pleased to help. I would highly recommend going there for a productive sesh with a hot choc in hand.
One of the best baristas I know….. Fallon is by no means better and more able in doing any job laid before her, second to none in customer service, she is always courteous, respectful and outstanding in her field. And makes a fabulous latte. Thank you Fallon. Also there is a good seating area. Oh and the cakes are to die for.
10/10 food and service. Always very helpful and friendly.
I had an absolutely incredible experience here. The latte I had was the perfect thing after some shopping and Fallon could not have been more patient and supportive as I picked what cake to have alongside my latte. She is a lovely young lady who is a credit to the team and is the reason I will be back.
