Had a very nice breakfast catching up with some friends. Good food, generous portions, friendly staff, affordable and a nice cozy atmosphere. I'll definitely return!!

It's a cozy place in the middle of the city with a good atmosphere and vibe. Even though it's always full of people, the staff are super kind. The coffee and the pancakes are really good. They are warm enough to heat you up on a cold day.

Excellent quirky little bar so close to Birmingham New Street that you might be able to squeeze in a pint while waiting for a connection. The Fairy Tale milk stout sounds like it might be sickly but it was very drinkable. I came across the same beer in London a week later and it was much poorer. Didn't get a chance to sample the food.

They pour the beer without sparklers here and the Pale Brummie turns out to be the best pint of the day. Great service and a worthy entry in the Good Beer Guide. The food offer looks irresistible and I’ll have to return soon to sample it.

Like most Starbucks it’s clean tidy and well laid out. 5 stars to the staff for letting me borrow a charger for my phone (8%) it’s my own fault. Half expected the staff to be grumpy as I arrived 1 hour before closing, but they were helpful and accommodating. Food is good but not exciting so normal chain manufactured edibles.

My daughter and I love this place and we always stop for a hot chocolate. Very friendly staff. We were served by Assia today and she was very polite and with a big smile as always. Will definitely come back!

I totally forgot to take a picture of my toastie and tea, but this Starbucks is roomy, and like that it has a choice of sofas or chairs. Birmingham university is not too far away so it does have quite a few students that come in and use the table spaces etc. But it's a good vibe. Service was quick and staff were friendly and welcoming.

Boston Tea Party offers a delightful dining experience with its polite and friendly staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The food and drinks are made from high-quality ingredients, and each dish is well-cooked and beautifully presented. While the cost is on the higher end, making it more of a treat than a regular spot, the quality justifies the price. The web ordering system is functional, though it can be a bit time-consuming for older patrons. However, the convenience of ample paid parking at the rear, accessible via the RingGo app, is a definite plus. Just remember to bring change or a card if you don't have the app. Overall, Boston Tea Party is a great place for a special outing, offering excellent food and a pleasant atmosphere

Really lovely restaurant! I went here for breakfast. The garden/courtyard area was gorgeous. I like the option of using a QR code to order. It was quick and easy to choose and pay for what I wanted. It was good that the option to adjust and modify items was there too. Plenty of vegetarian and vegan choices. I had the vegan breakfast, which was delicious, affordable and a good portion size. The scrambled tofu was light, fluffy and flavoursome. Flat white with the house blend coffee with oat milk was also lovely. Loved it. Service was super efficient and friendly. I definitely would recommend eating here, and I'm planning on returning soon. Thanks! :)

Ive been to all branches now and this is my favourite! Modern but still with all the elements of their brand. The food was just beautiful- tasted freshly made too. Already looking forward to my next visit here. Added advantage free car parking just outside

A Gem in Edgbaston – Damascena Cafe My wife and I absolutely love Damascena Cafe in Edgbaston; it’s hands down our favorite cafe in Birmingham. From the moment you step in, you’re greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere, coupled with very comfortable seating that makes it perfect for a relaxing visit. The cafe offers a fantastic selection of food, sweets, and drinks. Tonight, as the weather was quite cold, we decided to enjoy some soup and Samovar tea with Kanafeh ice cream. Everything was absolutely delicious and exceeded our expectations. What truly made our evening special, however, was the exceptional service provided by Yousra. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure we had the most enjoyable and relaxing experience. Her genuine care and warm demeanor really stood out and added that extra touch to our visit. The location also boasts very adequate parking, which is a big plus. For all these reasons, we’ll definitely be returning to this Edgbaston branch regularly. A huge thank you to Yousra and the entire team at Damascena for making our day so memorable!

My favorite Middle Eastern café, Damascene, boasts beautifully decorated and immaculately clean premises. The exceptional customer service was a highlight of our visit. Our menu included delectable options such as cheesy toast, chicken wraps, refreshing mint tea, mango milk shake, and the signature Damascene falafel flatbread. The presentation was impeccable, and the flavors were both fresh and delectable. We were able to savor each dish thoroughly. The prices are reasonably priced, and the café offers outdoor seating. Additionally, a complimentary car park is conveniently located in front of the establishment. The children thoroughly enjoyed their experience at all Damascene branches :)

I recently experienced the most incredible English breakfast at EdgebAston Cafe. The perfectly cooked eggs, crispy bacon, and flavorful sausages left me in breakfast heaven. The attention to detail in every element, from the buttery mushrooms to the golden hash browns, showcased the chef's Touqeer expertise who came personally to our table to ensure our requirements, The ambiance and friendly service added to the overall delightful experience. This breakfast truly sets the standard for a 5-star morning indulgence!

Recently visited this amazong cafe close to my house. Prices are decent for a full english breakfast and whats even better is the fact that there are more options in the breakfast where you can add more stuff to your breakfast depending on your appetite, obviously for a price but very reasonable. The service was amazkng as well and Bobby is the guy who served us well , would definitely go more often!

Visited today for a Sunday meal with friends and our children. We had Aliyah serving our table for our visit, and we were absolutely blown away by how amazing her service was from start to finish. She engaged with the children, getting them into a drawing competition to keep them calm, and was super friendly and understanding with them. The food was absolutely delicious too, with excellent speedy service making our experience relaxed, enjoyable and memorable. If only every Hospitality venue had an Aliyah serving for them!

Closed yesterday but got to try it today , food ok very warm inside no fan for customers, upper windows all closed not alot of thought for the customers sadly, an update on my last visit I've been today and been since my last visit, it's got to be added I had a champion breakfast. And service was very good very polite.

Great cafe visited it a few times over the years, popped in this week and it was as good as ever. Breakfast was nice and fresh with good quality ingredients filled me up for the day. It was particularly busy as it was a Friday morning but we didn't have to wait to long. Staff were polite and friendly we'll be back next Friday.

We had a lovely dining experience, and I want to especially highlight Charlotte's exceptional service. She was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout. She frequently checked on us with a warm smile, making sure we were happy with our food and if we needed anything else. It made us feel genuinely cared for.🥰Although Charlotte seemed to handle everything on her own (the manager was nowhere to be seen🥷), she managed everything perfectly. We had made a reservation to celebrate two birthdays, and her hospitality truly added to the occasion.🎉💯 As for the food, while most of it was delicious, there was a slight issue with the steak we ordered (12 oz Argentine beef). It had a somewhat bitter aftertaste, which might have come from the grill not being properly cleaned some marks on the meat made that taste. However, aside from that, the portion was generous and enjoyable. The chorizo in the mac and cheese was outstanding, and I was pleasantly surprised by the steak mushrooms and tomato, they were thoughtful additions with delightful flavors.😍👌 Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, thanks to Charlotte's fantastic service and the mostly delicious food.🥂❤️

We were early to arrive but sat at the bar while our table was getting ready. The food was amazing and desserts delicious. We had cocktails from the 2 for £12 and they were spot on. We were also given two free cocktails made accidently by the barman.... Hubby was pleased! Overall we really enjoyed our evening with our daughters and would definitely recommend a visit.

My husband and I loved everything here -- from the food, the place and most especially the service. Leilt is so lovely! She made us feel comfortable as it was our first time eating here. We'll definitely come back. 5 stars! 💖
