I was blown away with my order from Beantown! The staff were lovely and helpful when ordering. I had ordered once online which was great but my load fries were much more than I expected. I also had a lovely vanilla chai iced latte. My girlfriend’s American breakfast also looked amazing and her hot chocolate was top-notch. I would recommend and will be making another visit again hopefully to also get some cannoli and arancini which I’m sure will be amazing as was my pistachio croissant I had.

Wonderful breakfast. Good quality produce, well presented and good portion sizes. The cappuccino was really well made - much better than the regular chains! Do not leave without sampling the Canolli - delicious! Lovely friendly waitering team.

Beantown offers what these high street coffee chains simply don’t, very warm and welcoming service. The desserts and cannolis are something I would highly recommend. The coffees are very good and the menu consists of a variety of starters and main dishes. All in all, highly recommend.

I came here today, had some food and lovely drinks, absolutely delicious! Staff were amazing & so polite, I would definitely recommend and will be back! ☺️

Had such a lovely time there 🥰 The cocktails are amazing 🤩 so delicious, and there are plenty of vegan options, and it's all decently priced. Plenty of games given the size of the place :) And the staff are really lovely. I can't wait to go again!

This is a great place to visit, especially if you like board games. They have games for all skills and ages (even little ones). The food options are good and tasty. Service is friendly and swift. The concept is great - book a table ahead of time (they may accept walk-ins if there's space), - then order your food via an iPad that they give you to use. - next you pop into the next room to select a board game and bring it back to your table to play - Your food/drinks arrive as you play and you can order more refreshments via the iPad for the duration of your 3 hour booking - You have a great time and pay when you're done. Great idea that is well-executed!

So many good things about this board game café its hard to know where to start. Simple but great menu offering burgers, paninis, sandwiches and other snacks and sweet treats. A good range of drinks, friendly atmosphere, large tables so you don't feel limited when playing those larger boardgames. Oh and a great range of boardgames. I think my only criticism was that the games on offer were a little hard to navigate, there was a lot of choice and not a lot of organisation. I have been to other board game cafes where they have been sectioned or stickered into genres or arranged alphabetically, making it easier to find a game you might have had in mind. This didn't effect the enjoyment we go t out of our visit though and we will definitely be back.

We went there on a Tuesday night, each of us having a tough day at work and at home. So went to change the scenery and let go of the day. Loved it! Staff are super friendly and happy. There was so many games to choose from - a whole library! We had dinner and drinks and car parking was just behind the shop. Cost for food and drink slightly pricey for what they were however we enjoyed the meals while we played.It also costs £4.50 per person to be able to play for 3hrs - I would have liked to have seen, spend over £15 per person on food and drink and play for free.

We love coming every weekend to third wave for coffee and their delicious pastries. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. LA and Scarlett who work there are always so friendly and welcoming, they always deliver a great service. We will be back next weekend.

Protect these guys at all costs. Very glad to have a new great local coffee shop and bakery. Decent local roast coffee, and their fresh cinnamon buns are stunning as you can actually taste it and are not packed with sugar which is amazing. Totally lives up to the hype in the area, heard of them from a friend and decided to pop over to try their coffee.

Hands down the best cafe in Rochester! The coffee is consistently delicious, the sandwiches are amazing and the cakes are to die for! L.A. who served me was so warm and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, and she was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about all the amazing food she creates. The atmosphere is cosy and welcoming with thoughtful little touches such as a “help yourself” water station. If you are looking for a consistently excellent cafe with reasonable prices and lovely staff, I can’t recommend Third Wave enough!

Store 104 is that small independent book store of your dreams. A fabulous place to meet up with friends,it has so much to offer, such as areas for relaxation in the yarn and wool area before going into the comfortable coffee shop which offers an excellent selection of hot drinks, home made cakes and lunches. All of that and the personal attention of the family who run this fine establishment. An absolute treat awaits the discerning customer.

It was the best tomato soup which I tried. Smooth, rich and buttery. While eating it could not remember what it reminds me, and then realized that it tastes like the very-very good Ukrainian borsh, only missing beetroot, cabbage and meat

Delicious food, good sized portions, great value for money and friendly staff - what more could you want. We had the burger (2 large juicy patties with home made burger sauce, cheese, bacon and chips), the pulled pork toast (the meat was melt in the mouse and the sauce was the perfect balance of sweet and sour, served on 2 grannary doorstops) and the eggs royals (the hollandaise was creamy and not too vinegary) - only £11.25 a head including large cups of tea/coffee. Will definitely go again.

Excellent quality and generous portions all round. Even a decent size cup for tea. Pet hate is paying good money for tea/coffee out and 1 sip its gone. Not here, they know what people want and deliver it. Well done. You can also book a table in their cafe which is sensible as small establishment. Looking forward to returning next month 😀

This was delightful! Hidden away above the shops is a quaint little café that boasts traditional English food and quality service. Just perfect for a cold winter’s day - warmed by a hot cup of tea, delicious tuna melt and cake. I can thoroughly recommend this place, even if you have to wait on the stairs - it’s worth it. I shall definitely be returning!

A lovely place on the first floor. Extremely friendly staff and a great selection of food. We came for some Afternoon Tea : the homemade sandwiches were absolutely delicious, the scones were perfect and the cakes were maybe a little too much by the end but nonetheless great. If one thing could be improved it's the choice of drinks with the afternoon tea (only one type of coffee or tea) but that's only a small note. Would recommend without doubt!

Very tasty food. Wide selection. Great place for breakfast, lunch. There are tables for small children. You can spend an hour reading interesting books. Clean, comfortable. You will always be greeted with a smile.

Another great breakfast at this local cafe on The Delce,Rochester. Packed out on Mother's Day but they remained cheery and still served up some great traditional fry ups, omelettes and more. Perfect fried breakfast today 08/02/24. Crispy Bacon 🥓 mmm. 18/07/24 Took my aunt in for lunch and also got a nice takeaway pie,mash and peas for another relation. The portion was very large and was only £7.50

Great cafe with close by parking. Perfect for a good meal before exploring Rochester. It's definitely more value than some of the more pretentious establishments along the high Street. Definitely recommend Legends.

Haven't been here for a while and was surprised by the increase in price of their menu. Food lovely but I cannot justify their prices.
