“Stopped for a coffee and a bite at this new (to me) cafe in Staplehurst. I was out for a ride on a cold December day, and the warm atmosphere of “Kin” was most welcoming. I had a Black Americano and a Cheese Toastie with Kimchi. The Kimchi is made “in-house” and was very good! The coffee was also a good quality. The cafe was busy when I arrived but I managed to get a seat on one of their comfy sofas. There is street parking (free) immediately outside the cafe or the town shops have a car park just 50 yards away. This was a great find, and I will return!”

“We took our 8 year old daughter for the Santa experience, end of November and this started Christmas for us. There were lots of fun activities from gingerbread icing and decorating tree decorations to making reindeer food and sending a postcard to Santa. Meeting the big guy was the highlight. Santa spent time talking to my daughter about her hobbies and interests, she was amazed how much he knew! A magical afternoon out, definitely recommend it!”

“We went to this cafe today with the kids to have afternoon tea and I have to admit it was the best cafe I have been to. Not only do you have the "Lakeview" but the food was great. But what made it exceptional was the staff, my weird they were the loveliest people with the exact right balance of attentiveness such a place needs, not in your face but not leaving you on your own. The kids were very comfortable. I would definitely go back.”

“Absolutely recommend trying out this Café. The food is absolutely amazing. We had the Full English Breakfast and Savoury Waffle (Bacon and Maple Syrup), which were both presented beautifully. The Full English has a nice variety of options with extras being reasonably priced and worth every penny. The waffle was thick and fluffy with the bacon rashers tasting perfect in combination with the maple syrup. In terms of drinks we tried the smoothies which both tasted heavenly. Our wait for the food was around 5-10 minutes and worth every second. The staff were extremely friendly and professional greeting us with smiles and jokes from time to time. We will absolutely be coming back here again”
