One of my favourite spots in Faversham. The food is delicious (amazing scones and cakes) and it is great to grab a bite and see what has been created in the studios. It is a great place and some of the art on display is truly impressive. Top spot in Faversham. 😊

Really lovely sitting in the courtyard having a homemade lunch, Roast Pumpkin and we think Moroccan black beans (cannot remember 😂) and a slice of bread (gluten free bread for me which was yummy) if anyone knows which beans they used that would be helpful as want to make it at home 😄

Provender Mill, Belvedere Rd, Faversham ME13 7LD, UK | Italian Restaurant

We wanted a nice Italian meal and was delighted to find this restaurant. It is not your average Italian with lasagne or spaghetti bolognaise. It is a more adventurous menu and a little more fine dining. The restaurant is set next to the estuary that when we arrived was at low tide, but we started to see it come in by the time we were finishing. We both had the Salmon E Gamberetti for starters, baby prawns in a marie rose sauce with smoked salmon on a bed of rocket and they did not skimp on the smoked salmon at all. For mains, we had Fusilli Aumm Aumm, which I swapped for penne pasta and the Zuppa Di Pesce. Both were absolutely delicious and very filling. We hope to visit again to try some of the other dishes that all looked very nice indeed and will definitely be recommending to family if they are in the area.

Had a nice family lunch here. Some decent specials and the staff were brilliantly busy and attentive, friendly and polite. The food was good but a few mistakes (sautee potatoes were extremely salty, calamari seemed fresh but was chewy). Everything else was spot on so really a fair 8/10 for food. I will return on a quieter service for a second opinion (the place was busy and rightly so).

Lovely restaurant located near the creek in Faversham. We visited as a group for a 50th birthday celebration and had a fantastic time. All the food was made to a high standard and a great selection of wines. Staff were excellent and patient with my questions about the food and drink from some of our party. I had the salmon and King prawn dish, and it was fresh and full of favour. The pizzas looked incredible, as did the pasta dishes. We visited many times in the past, and it never fails to impress.

Delicious tuna salad ! Generous portions with some juicy olives, light coleslaw and red onion. Always such good friendly service. And their coffee is the best in the town! . I often grab a cappuccino on my way to work and I always choose Moonlight over other cafes for my early morning pick up. Fab cafe !

Lovely little cafe , unfortunately they weren’t serving food as it was late-ish for them but the staff were really nice. The coffee the lovely lady made was perfect and rather surprising the milk they used agreed completely with me. Generally it has an after taste, but this one was pretty unique. It’s a clean, charming place too. Looks rather reasonable in price too.

This place is our go to, and it should be yours if you’re in the area! The staff are wonderful, the chefs are faultless and the food is amazing! The prices are fair and if your kids are good they might just get a lolly when you pay 🍭 I have been going here for as many years as I can remember, and I’ve never had anything less than a perfect experience. Get yourself down there, you can thank me later

Absolutely lovely food and lovely service. We were in there today with our baby and staff were amazing. So attentive. They helped us get the baby in the high chair as we had no idea what we were doing. They gave her a snack and were really great when she got upset for milk. They were adamant that we didn’t have to clear up the food she dropped - but I will always clean up after her! All in all a wonderful family brunch trip - often people can be negative towards young babies when we go for food but you guys were great. Thank you again. We will definitely be back for a roast too - because that looked amazing!

The bacon sandwich was spot on. Great quality bacon, perfectly cooked, with soft, buttery bread and just the right amount of ketchup. Not too greasy, not swimming in fat like some places. You can tell the new owner is making some real improvements. It’s just what Faversham needs, and I can’t wait to come back!

I once lived in the swale area close to Faversham and always termed Cosgroves as a favourite. Perfect breakfast! We tried Greek Eggs, English breakfast and pancakes. Pancakes were super soft, fresh and tasty. Perfect portion for sharing with somebody. My scrambled eggs were a perfect combination with feta cheese. I really recommend for everybody. English breakfast served with sausages and bacon from local farmers. Nice and runny eggs. Staff were very nice, all food was made to requirement. Place is clean and friendly also. I never drink that good coffee in my life (I'm barista). Strong and creamy. Will be back definitely when or if I'm in the area again.

A relaxing coffee house/bistro. The coffee choice was great and the food we had was freshly prepared and tasty (Greek eggs) it's quite a small place and popular with locals. We were warned that there would be a wait for food when ordering due to only one chef but the wait was minimal and the staff were working hard to prevent it being a problem. Would definitely recommend.

The refinery is our go to coffee shop in Faversham. For four years we used it as a base for work meetings of all kinds and the staff were always so generous even when we’d taken up shop all day! My husband loves his coffee so finding somewhere that does good coffee is not easy, however he loves the coffee at The Refinery! Their selection of teas and alternative hot and cold drinks are excellent and we never miss an opportunity to pop in grab a chat with the staff while we wait for our coffee! A definite spot to visit.

I took an elderly American friend there this morning. The staff made her feel so welcome, she was so pleased at their attentiveness - not overpowering but genuinely interersted in her and her comfort. She can't eat big meals and they were more than happy to split a meal between the two of us. Well done to all the staff but particularly Becky who was on duty at the cash register. Thanks again!

Lovely restaurant located near the old town market building in Faversham. I received a warm welcome from the lady owner and straight away it was apparent she was passionate about what she does. On offer in front of your very eyes is a great selection of cakes, scones and other sweets goodies which are all made on site ( see photos ) They offer sandwiches and jacket potatoes with a good range of fillings and toppings. There's an all day breakfast and smaller breakfast options. Unlike many cafes and restaurants chips ARE NOT the order of the day here. I went for that great comfort food option, cottage pie which came with carrots and cabbage and a generous jug of gravy for ÂŁ8.95 which was very nice indeed. There was also an option of a plate of bubble and squeak which had options of bacon, sausage egg and gammon to accompany it. That's definitely one for another day. To take my wish for comfort food further I had a rhubarb and ginger crumble for dessert which came with lashings of thick custard. Again this was homemade and was full of flavour, mmmm so so good. To drink I had a flat white which was full of flavour, so good I had another. There is seating inside and out and if you wanted to brave it on a chilly day like yesterday, blankets were available. I would imagine it's really nice to sit out in the historic market square, take in the views and watch the world go by. There is a customer toilet. I spoke to the owner for a while before I left and was told there are some new menu items upcoming which sounded very interesting. A very pleasant experience and a place I would happily return to.

Lovely little cafe right in the middle of Faversham. Very peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. Staff was great, friendly and happy to serve yours truly. When one enters the cafe, one is instantly left with the impression this is a cake and tea kind of establishment. At first look, only a pavement sign (which prompted me to park the bus there) suggested they did salmon and cream cheese bagels (possibly other food too). That and the menu stand at the entrance. I ordered a bagel, espresso and a sparkling water. The bagel was good, but could be better. Coffee was too dark roasted to my taste. Maybe people who like dark roasted coffee would appreciated it more than I did. The sparkling water was a good brand and of the greatest quality. I did not try their cakes. It looks to me they are the reason why most people visit the cafe. Probably next time. Recommended to tea and coffee lovers.
