Danielle is the best, I wouldn’t go anywhere else, she has been cutting my hair now for many years !!

I love go to Dtail. I’m really lucky as a vegan to have a lot of choice in Caterham, but Amber is my stylist and I don’t think I could anywhere else now. She’s so friendly and always makes me feel relaxed and special.

Dtail salon has a lovely friendly atmosphere. It is always easy to make an appointment by phone and all the staff are welcoming and helpful. Daniel gave me my first ever short pixi hair cut, from having had very long hair for most of my life. She really took the time and the care to talk with me before hand to understand how I would like my hair to be done. Daniel is so well experienced and gives an amazing hair cut. So many people have complimented me on how good it looks. She is very warm and personable and puts you completely at ease. Visiting for a trim is always a pleasure and something I look forward to.

I booked a last-minute a colour appointment here as my hair was in a complete mess after weeks of swimming in the sea on holiday. I’ve been having highlights for years and my hair was very damaged and bleached out. Puppy did ballayage of blonde and darker colours to tone down the brassiness and add some lovely shading around my face and I am thrilled with the natural results- it is exactly what I wanted. I'll definitely be back.

First haircut: I cannot thank Andy enough! We took my 19m old son to a kids hairdressers last month and left with him in hysterics without his hair being touched. So my husband and I were a bit nervous today, but Andy was brilliant - completely put my toddler at ease and gave him a lovely haircut. The salon is great, the car and fish tank made it a really good setting for little ones. Would 100% recommend!

Andy is a great barber and the only one my 3yo Son would sit for after trying multiple in the area over the last couple of years. He’s so professional and personable, 10/10 highly recommend.

My son is not an easy customer, he has Autism and many sensory needs. Andy is amazing with him and my son loves going to the barbers now. Would 100% recommend.

My boys and I always come to Andy’s for our cuts. He is great with them, we moved out of Whyteleafe but still return, wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I have had my eyebrows threaded by Nadia every other week for around 6 years now. She's always so friendly and professional, and the salon is always clean. I wouldn't get my eyebrows done by anyone else! I've also had LVL lash lift and tint a few times, and the results are always amazing. My lashes look twice as long and they last a long time too. Nadia takes care to make sure I'm comfortable throughout the treatment and explains what she's doing at each stage. Highly recommend this lovely salon!

Visited for a quick gent's cut. Was able to be seen without any wait on a Saturday. Staff were very friendly and my hair looks great. Definitely recommend!
