I had my first haircut at Emotive today and I will be definitely returning. Natalie did a wonderful job, she was super kind, giving me personalised advice, styling tips and making me feel comfortable. I found the whole salon team professional, respectful and welcoming. The salon itself is also spotless, clean, and tastefully designed. It's also the perfect temperature, ambience and size, not too small to be claustrophobic, not too big to be overwhelming, just right. I was very impressed and looking forward to my next appointment with Natalie.
I have had two gorgeous hair cuts and some beautiful highlights by the lovely Connie! She has transformed my hair each time, really friendly and highly professional salon!

Can't fault this place, after trying 2 other salons in Reigate this was by far the best. I felt listened to by Tasha and the other girls took good care of me!
