From the moment we walked in, Jack made my daughter feel comfortable and involved her in the decision making. I have been getting my haircut at Clay for nearly 15 years and whilst it’s always great, today I had my best haircut yet. I was served by Becky, a new hairdresser at the salon and she was amazing. I only came in for a wet cut, but she took the time to talk through products with me, blow drying techniques and I ended up paying for a full cut and blow dry.
