Louise and all the staff in Heaven Scent are lovely & friendly. They make sure they listen to exactly what you want and give the best advice on how to achieve it. Everything used in the salon is great standard and I absolutely love having my hair done here!

Absolutely gorgeous place, amazing service. I was worried about going for something a bit different, something I’ve wanted for years but Kay showed me her knowledge and it really reassured me! Had my hair washed cut and styled by a lovely girl called Mia. She was so lovely and accommodating and provided me with a separate space for my cut due to religious reasons. Not something many salons offer and make you feel uncomfortable for asking but Lilys salon were so lovely. Can’t wait to organise my daughters birthday treatments. Highly recommend

I have been going to Tess (owner of Lilys salon) for nearly 4 years now and she is honestly the best lash tech! My lashes have always lasted and she has such a lovely bubbly personality and I always feel welcome in the salon ☺️ would recommend to others as she is reasonably priced and always gives a professional service.

Megan is amazing! She is friendly and listens carefully to what you want! I did not want to be super blonde but needed some colour to help with texture, and to remain as natural as poss was key. Bleach blonde is not for me! Salon is also super cute too, great coffee & treats! I'm very happy with the result and will be back! :)

I have used Nouvelles for two years now, having had Amy prior to her maternity, the odd blow dry, and also Jayde - all of the girls there are great. This review is specifically for Megan who was amazing. I wanted to change my hair to something lower maintenance and rather pathetically asked her to ‘make me look cool’ and she delivered! I booked in for a transformation balayage with Megan (@hhairbymegan on Instagram). I had been to another hair salon previously and they had ruined my hair by block bleaching it (see photos). I really thought it was unrepairable at this point but thanks to Megan I couldn’t be happier with the results. She really put a lot of time and effort into achieving the colour I wanted whilst making sure not to damage the hair any more. If anything, I left with my hair in a much better condition due to the OLAPLEX treatment. I’ve been to Nouvelles a few times and have always been best pleased but this time was extra special so I would definitely recommend Megan. It is a little on the pricey side but soooooo worth it and I will never be going anywhere else again!

Highly recommended. Having been treated to a facial and shoulder massage treatment by my lovely daughter I was a little unsure what to expect. The treatment rooms are all individually and beautifully decorated, the whole salon has a lovely soothing ambience with friendly welcoming staff. My treatment was a real pleasure leaving my skin bright and fresh looking but best of all the massage cleared the niggling shoulder pain I had been experiencing for some months giving me the best night's sleep I can remember. My treatment left me looking better and feeling great. Maybe not the cheapest of salons but with excellent therapists who tailor each treatment to best suit their client it is truly worth indulging yourself to an uplifting treatment to kick off the new year and lift your spirits as well as your looks.

Have been a loyal customer for ages and wouldn't go anywhere else. Really enjoying the new facials that they offer and it really seems that this salon cares about me and the treatments they offer me. Will definitely go back.

I have been going to Skin Secrets for many years now and I always have a very pleasant experience. The salon is beautifully clean and the staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. I have had many treatments at the salon and have never been disappointed. They did all my treatments prior to my wedding and helped me to feel like a million dollars on the day! I have recently been having LVL and eyebrow tint and they are the only salon that I have visited that do the treatment pain-free and also to an exceptionally high standard that lasts for weeks and weeks. I would not trust any other salon to do any any of my treatments! I will be visiting this salon for years to come!

My 1st appointment back after lockdown with their new therapist Simran. She is absolutely lovely and put me at ease for my not so lovely but much needed leg wax . I've been having waxing for years and its never pleasant but a good therapist makes all the difference. Good COVID procedures in place and I would definitely recommend their service's.

This little gem of a beauty room in Ewell Village has been my go-to place for more years than I care to remember. The services are excellent, professional, friendly and efficient. I have used practically every service they provide from mani/pedi through waxing and facials. I cannot rate them highly enough.
