I am absolutely delighted with my experience with no9 salon. The staff are pleasant with a wonderful atmosphere. I had my eyelash extensions done due to struggling in the morning with health problems so I can just up and leave without a make-up routine and look more cheerful in appearance. The technician who applied my extensions is extremely thoughtful, I was asked which style I would like, asked me what music I would like, spent a good amount of time, was gentle and very talented, I am very happy with the final look. I have been to a different salon in town where swear music was put on without asking me if this was ok and the final look was disastrous. I strongly recommend this technician and am looking forward to trying the hair salon. Thank you Llana 😊

I’ve had the best experience with Abi at the salon@no9 She has gone above and beyond to help me and do what I’d thought never was able to achieve hair wise with my hair, but she smashed it! I’ve been so happy with every hair experience I’ve had with her, I thank her for making me feel amazing, as my hair is my world! So thank you Abi! You are amazing! Don’t worry about these bad reviews all you clients know your amazing 🥰 we love you and thank you for achieving our hair goals ! Never would I trust anyone with my hair

**updated review: I have now been coming to Abi and Willow for about a year and I can safely say I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are both absolutely lovely and always do an amazing job with my hair. They go above and beyond to be accommodating and welcoming to their clients. I trust them so much with my hair that they will also be doing it for my wedding later this year 😊** I went to the salon for the first time today and was really impressed - Abi and her assistant Willow were lovely and made me feel very welcome. They didn’t rush and did a wonderful job on my neglected hair - I had a full head of foils and a trim and it looks fab. Also the prices are very competitive. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this lovely salon. Thank you!

Would highly recommend. Lovely friendly chilled relaxed atmosphere, just like being at a friends house. I had my hair bleached then dyed a funky colour as well as cut. I absolutely love my new look. Although the first time around my hair didn’t take the colour very well. I went back the following week to have the colour re-applied. Thankfully it has taken now. Now I’m in love with my hair! Thank you so much ladies!! Fantastic service!! The photo with only one curl is the finished result. The others were after the first application which resulted in patchiness.

I have been coming to this salon for years, I trust Abbie and willow over anyone with my hair and every time have a wonderful experience. Willow is an excellent stylist who always goes above and beyond to make sure the outcome of my hair is exactly like the reference photo. Both girls always have the friendliest welcome and always offer beverages to keep everyone comfortable during there appointments!
