My 2 year old Hattie has had 2 cuts with Charley and her first with Eden today. Was made to feel really welcome in the salon, even given a biscuit and some books to read. She was made to feel at ease and we will be continuing here for her cuts :)

The only time I get pampered is when I visit the salon. Love getting my head washed and cut, and massaged if I'm in the mood. I've got long hair and opted for the undercut, which was spot on. Kierah is friendly and did a great job. Staff is friendly and I've been going there for over a year now. Also a great location for me. Aldo

Best salon by far. Such Friendly staff always made to feel very welcome. Great cut and colour by Charlotte. After years of ruining my hair with box dyes, Charlotte got the build up of colour removed and back to a great condition. I’m so glad I now go to Charlie Browns and get it done properly. The difference in my hair now is amazing. Highly recommend 5 stars.

I have the happiest 11 year old daughter who had a haircut with Ellie today & was made to feel really grown-up and special. She got the full salon experience with a wash, cut, blow dry and style with all the nice products. A fab experience and looking forward to returning in 7 weeks! ❤️

Today I got my hair cut by the lovely trainee hairdresser Callie. She was so professional and listened to exactly what I asked for. She done an amazing cut and then blowed dried my hair and curled it. My hair feels so healthy and bouncy….i love it. Thank-you so much Callie and to all the staff at The Cutting Room in Chobham. Everyone was so nice and friendly, not like some places that can make you feel uncomfortable. I highly recommend this salon and I will most definitely be going back again.

My 11 year old daughter just had her hair cut by Ellie. This was our first visit to the salon and I have to say it was so refreshing to walk into a salon and be greeted so warmly by all the staff. Ellie was fantastic she gave great advice and took the time to understand what my daughter wanted. Highly recommend Ellie and the salon.

I love this place. Very professional and kind staff. They did a lovely job on my hair restyling it and colouring it. With the highlights the colour was correctly applied to my hair which is fine but I have loads of it. They fixed a bad job from a salon I went to previously. I absolutely loved the results and I cannot wait to come back at the end of November. They also do student discount, which is even more advantageous and they price fairly for Guildford. I cannot fault the cut or colour it’s perfect. I’ve gone from a Homer Simpson blonde to a lovely pearly blonde.

every time I visit, I come out thinking "this might be the best haircut I have ever had". I always see Maisie and she has been amazing, helping me grow my hair out and avoid the dreaded awkward phase. just today, I walked in saying "it's too long and I don't know what to do with it" and she talked me through the problems I felt I was having and I left with a haircut I'm thrilled with. I couldn't describe what I wanted but she still gave it to me.

I got my hair dyed and cut here recently and the stylist that did it for me, Dan, was absolutely amazing. Could not have asked for a better first time experience!

I went to Amy today for a refresh, I said how I feel like my hair doesn’t frame my face well and it is very heavy and hard to style. Amy suggested a chop in length with long layers and face framing and I absolutely loooove it. She did the perfect bouncy blow dry to finish it off as well! So thank you very much Amy for giving me a perfect new style and for doing a fab job! Xx

I booked an appointment with Sanrizz for the first time today. Francesca did my hair. The best haircut in a loooong time. I booked an appointment for next time. I hope Francesca keeps up the excellent work. I have been using Sanrizz regularly for over 6 months now and Francesca is still doing an excellent job..if you have curly hair, I highly recommend her.

Always a fabulous experience getting my hair done. Megan listens to any concerns and does a great blend to make the colour look very natural. Leonardo is brilliant with the scissors and blow dry/styling. I think I have quite difficult hair but they have it sussed! All the staff are very friendly and welcoming and it is a pleasure to spend time there.

My experience here was absolutely great! Appointment was on time, I got EXACTLY what I asked for, and let's face it how often does that happen! My hair felt soft and looked super shinny when I left! Listened to what I wanted for my post lockdown cut and delivered what I wanted. Reasonably priced. And with a head massage to die for. Felt like a new woman leaving the salon. She always gets my haircuts spot on, even when I show her specific image references, and I always get so many compliments afterwards. Matilda is talented, professional, and so lovely to chat to. She makes every appointment a pleasure, and I always leave the salon feeling confident and happy with my hair.

Wonderful welcome and kind, caring service at reception. I was nervous about having a guy do my hair, I was a bit self conscious. Receptionist was understanding and so encouraging. James put me at ease immediately. I gained fab tips and advice in the first few minutes, resulting in a cut as well as a blow dry. Great chat but also let me just be when I closed my eyes to enjoy in the moment. (The head massage is the highlight for me in the hair experience, and I missed this). Felt great, hair looked great when I left with yet more advice for helping the look last. Fabulous all round.

I felt very comfortable and listened to at Toni&Guy, something I’ve found difficult to find in many salons. My salonist gave me the exact cut I was hoping for, as well as offered me tips and advice for accomplishing various styles on my own. I’ll definitely be coming back!

My son recently went in for a cut and colour. He suffers with anxiety and was treated so wonderfully by all the staff. He told me he found himself happily engaging in conversation for the hours long visit he had. Which is unlike him. Not only were the staff friendly and accommodating, he left the salon beaming because they had done such an incredible job with his hair. Safe to say this will be his permanent hair salon.
