I had an amazing experience at One Step Ahead! I went in for a hair colour session, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My stylist did a fantastic job, colouring the front of my short hair a lighter shade while keeping the back slightly darker. The result is a beautiful, subtle gradient that looks fresh and stylish. The team was incredibly friendly, and we had such a lovely chat throughout the appointment. Overall, I left feeling refreshed and confident, and I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for top-notch service and a welcoming atmosphere!

From the 'norm' to the more recent full chop and full colour change, Angela was kind, understanding, listened to what I 'wanted' and guided me with her knowledge and experience on how some things may look and set a real expectation. I came into one step ahead for a wash cut and blow dry and I was amazed by the results. I had my hair done by one of the apprentice stylists and she did my hair beautifully. The customer service is lovely everyone in the salon is welcoming and will make you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend one step ahead.
