Sharon is simply the best beauty therapist I’ve ever been to. Admittedly I only have my waxing done with her but based on this experience, I’d highly recommend her and assume that all her services are just as good. Her pricing is extremely reasonable and she’s a joy to be in the salon with. My waxing is always done with minimal fuss and less pain than anywhere I’ve been before. I’m so bad at booking appointments in advance too & Sharon is super accommodating when trying to fit me in at short notice.

Waxing is never pleasant but one appointment with Sharon and I was a convert. Best wax ever! Not at all painful and she puts you totally at ease. Sharon is lovely and so experienced. In addition to waxing she does great nails, pedicure, eyelashes, electrolysis- whatever you need she’s your one stop beauty shop.

Love coming to Dtail salon! All the stylists are so welcoming and friendly. It’s clean and tidy. Relaxing environment. Also, the chair they have at the basins for hair washing are recliner chairs which makes having your hair washed so much more comfortable. Would highly recommend!

I went to Dtail for 10 years before I moved away from the area. Simon always did a wonderful job on my hair and has developed a technique for very natural-looking highlights. You can also count on Simon for a good conversation - frankly, when it comes to hairdresser chat he's in a league of his own.

I went in feeling a mess (been over a year since m last haircut) and came out feeling fabulous. The whole experience was wonderful - hair washed without using overpowering scented shampoo and conditioner, brushed carefully (I have very long hair), given a fantastic blunt cut, and ended with a light blow dry. I absolutely love the cut I was given and my hair looks refreshed and is incredibly shiny. Despite there being another customer in the establishment, I felt like I was the only person there; calm and peaceful environment in which to relax and get this wonderful treatment. The price was great too. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I cannot recommend highly enough and shall definitely be returning (within the next couple of months, and not waiting a year!) A real hidden gem in Caterham. 💎

I've been seeing Stacie at Curl Up and Dye now for about 4 months and I can honestly say she is an absolutely amazing hairdresser! I first met her after she had been highly recommended via friends...I went for quite a dramatic long to short cut and she knew exactly what to do and what would work best working with the style I wanted to go for! Every since she has cut my hair to PERFECTION every single time! I'm super fussy when it comes to detail so for me to leave somewhere 100% happy speaks volumes! On top of being fantastically talented Stacie is a lovely lady and an absolute pleasure to talk to whilst having your hair done, aswell as giving really good advice for how to style and look after your hair yourself which has been really helpful! The salon itself is really nice, lovely interior, great staff, really easy parking right outside and they are flexible when trying to get appointments! Highly, highly recommend! I trained in microblading with Karen in 2021, I have been in the industry for 9 years and wanted to add microblading to my treatment list as I’m so passionate about brows. The course was incredible. Karen gave us the knowledge, confidence and practice we needed to go out and work on clients professionally, she’s always at the end of the phone if I need anything and thanks to Karen I now have a very successful microblading career!

Angie is an exceptional hair stylist and colourist who you can tell has a lot of passion for hairdressing and her clients. She always knows the latest and best techniques and products in the industry. I have been seeing Angie for more than 10 years now and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair! The Blossoms has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Over the past 18 months, it has felt very Covid safe with mask wearing, temperature checks, hand sanitiser among other safety precautions put in place. Every time I leave The Blossoms I feel amazing. I love my hair (long, layers, blonde highlights and lowlights with a colour melt). I can’t recommend Angie enough, she is the best!

After an absolute disaster of a hair cut by another hair dresser, Angie came to my rescue. I went in with a bob/mullet that was cut so uneven, you could not make heads or tails out of what had happened. She moved a client for me and opened her salon late to help save my hair. The colour is amazing, so natural and although my hair is very much a work in progress now, I can at least have it hanging loose and not hidden away in a bun. She's worth every penny and I can't wait to see what my hair will eventually grow back to look like in a year or so, under her care and expertise. Thank you! x

The best salon in Caterham!!! I got a balayage with some highlights and Shazia knew exactly what to do with my hair so it came out with the least amount of damage (in fact none at all in my case!) I have had the most wonderful morning with Shazia.. I came to her with dry, dull, hair and colour was so bad and lifeless... not a good look for a spring time vibes... With care and precision she transfered my looks.. with a dark undertone and vibrant highlights... certainly covered all the grays 😆... She's got a sound understanding and a wealth of knowledge styling hair to a customer utmost satisfaction... my first time there.. but 💯 I'll be a returning customer.. I brought both my daughters in today for last minute haircuts. So pleased I did. My 11 yo had her first restyle and she is so happy. Finally managed to move her side parting to the middle and she has a really beautiful new style. My younger daughter wanted to go short and loves her new look. She usually really struggles with haircuts and social interactions. Shazia was so welcoming and calm. I had my eyebrows threaded and am really happy with them. All prices are very reasonable. I popped into storm hairdressers Tuesday afternoon asking if they had a last minute hair up appointment slot for wednesday which amazingly they did. I told them how i wanted my hair put up and i came out feeling a million dollars. It was exactly as i had wanted and not a hair came out of place all afternoon/evening. In fact when i woke up the next day it was still in place. I will definitely be going back 🤩

I have been going to the Beauty Retreat for many, many years. Both when it was in Nutfield and now that it is Caterham. Whatever Sam does be it a facial, massage, pedicure or manicure it is always so relaxing and calming. She is always so welcoming, keen to learn new procedures and it is a pleasure to spend time there. I certainly would never go anywhere else for beauty treatments.

We had a wonderful experience this afternoon at Blush. I booked for my three daughters to have their hair cut. Vicky was warm and welcoming. The girls had the best time, they was offered squash and biscuits and Vicky blasted out some Disney song requests as well. They each had lovely hair cuts for a very reasonable price, and they can't wait to come back. I was given advice on how to best care for their hair and tips on how to use a diffuser on my eldest's curly hair too. We will definitely be back.

Having many previous experiences of Hair Stylists complaining about cutting my very thick hair, I was nervous, but knew that I needed a professional cut this time. After seeing such good reviews, I booked an appointment and was pleasantly surprised at the care and attention given calming all my fears. A very decent haircut and styling afterwards was a treat. Will definitely go back.
