So very happy to have found M&L. I suffer severe anxiety re. visiting the hairdressers, so it took a lot of researching and a "leap of faith" to make my first visit. I needn't have worried - all the staff here are lovely and friendly, making you feel at ease, and who wouldn't relax with that beautiful garden to look at! The finished result was excellent (I had highlights by Louise and cut by Ludovic) - just what I wanted and I couldn't be happier. A big "thank you" and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Best hairdressers! Louise always does an amazing job including working some balyage magic on my box dyed black hair ✨ colour and cut is exactly how I want it every time and it’s a gorgeous salon. I won’t go anywhere else.

I had such a lovely experience and haircut today! I was really lucky to get an appointment, I’ve been wanting to visit for ages but this salon is always busy. I actually felt a bit nervous but it’s a really nice atmosphere and the staff are lovely, smiling and welcoming so they really made me feel comfortable. My haircut is perfect, Ludovic listened to what I wanted! He’s got a really nice way about him, he’s professional but the conversation was easy and effortless. I feel lucky to have been able to visit today :-)

M and L hair design is the ultimate luxury experience in Warlingham village. I have been using them for many years and have never been disappointed. The stylist listens to what YOU want, and will give you genuine and honest advice. Beth recently coloured and styled my hair, and I love it! Highly recommended....give it a go!
