I am always delighted with my nails when Sam does them - Sam has been doing my nails beautifully for about 5 years now - she has an enormous range of colours - I would highly recommend The Beauty Retreat Caterham

I have been going to the Beauty Retreat for many, many years. Both when it was in Nutfield and now that it is Caterham. Whatever Sam does be it a facial, massage, pedicure or manicure it is always so relaxing and calming. She is always so welcoming, keen to learn new procedures and it is a pleasure to spend time there. I certainly would never go anywhere else for beauty treatments.

I have been going to Sam for years now and would not go anywhere else ! She is experienced, extremely knowledgeable and very gentle . She is very good at her job and I have no hesitation in recommending her services . I drive an hour to see Sam, as since moving I wasn’t able find anyone as good her . As well as being great at her job , she’s also a lovely person and I always look forward to seeing her .

Sam provides a haven of peace and tranquility and the most amazing treatments. I have been going to Sam for years and I always feel so much better after a massage or any treatment with her. I went to Dtail for 10 years before I moved away from the area. Simon always did a wonderful job on my hair and has developed a technique for very natural-looking highlights. You can also count on Simon for a good conversation - frankly, when it comes to hairdresser chat he's in a league of his own.

I love go to Dtail. I’m really lucky as a vegan to have a lot of choice in Caterham, but Amber is my stylist and I don’t think I could anywhere else now. She’s so friendly and always makes me feel relaxed and special.

I booked a last-minute a colour appointment here as my hair was in a complete mess after weeks of swimming in the sea on holiday. I’ve been having highlights for years and my hair was very damaged and bleached out. Puppy did ballayage of blonde and darker colours to tone down the brassiness and add some lovely shading around my face and I am thrilled with the natural results- it is exactly what I wanted. I'll definitely be back.

Brilliant experience with Millie and the Head spa treatment last week. Every part of the treatment was amazing so many different massage techniques- it was so relaxing and I slept so well after the treatment and my hair feels lovely! Vibrant atmosphere & was so accommodating when I needed to change appointment last minute, another lovely lady did my hair & love coming here. Abby is so friendly she does my nails & asks if I need a sugary drink each time because I get anxiety & dizzy very often, they're all really understanding & so glad they're here

Thanks to Millie and Natalie at Allure Beauty, I was able to really end my birthday on a high. Both ladies really accommodated me, when traffic made me late- ensuring I could still get to have my treatments! The Japanese head spa with Millie is absolutely amazing!! Millie made me so comfortable and Left me feeling so relaxed. Natalie was skilled in her craft and gave me a wonderful cut and blow dry. amazing service, amazing ladies and an amazing birthday- thank you so much !!

The Best and most reasonably priced hairdressers in Caterham, all the staff are so friendly and make you feel very welcome. I have been going to them for almost 2 years now for hair cuts and highlights and have never been disappointed. Megan is very kind, patient and makes sure it’s exactly like I want it.

My wife and children love this place. My son (who is 2) will only ever have his haircut here by Julie. He feels super comfortable. My wife and daughter are also regulars here too and have no complaints. Thank you 😀

I am extremely impressed with Retreat salon. I was apprehensive about considering laser treatment to lessen skin pigmentation on my face but Jo was so reassuring. Her advice was professional, clear and the science and process were so clearly explained. Jo is that lovely combination of being very knowledgeable as well as friendly and very easy to get on with. The salon is scrupulously clean and well equipped. I have no hesitation in recommending Jo and the salon.

Jo and team are very knowledgeable about the products they use and always ensure the treatment is right and safe for the individual. It’s always a pleasure to go to the salon which is always efficient and friendly. I frequently go for a facial and gel nails, which I did today. My skin is beautiful as are my nails and look forward to going back for my next treatments. Highly recommend this salon.

Lastly, turnover of staff is low and the management is great which is a huge plus. Loving the new tunes!

I was treated to a Peaceful Pregnancy Face and Body Experience. Karen was fantastic and made the experience so special and relaxing for me. Karen kept checking that I was comfortable and she couldn’t do enough for me. It was an incredible treatment and I left the salon feeling like a new person. I highly recommend Karen! I cannot wait to return in the future to try some more treatments. It is one of the best things I’ve done!

Definitely the best hairdresser around. Over the years I've tried every salon in Caterham and Jones is by far the best. Everyone who works there is nice and friendly. There's always good music playing rather than trendy Muzak. They have a very talented team of stylists. I take my daughter too and they make her feel like a princess. Highly recommend.

I came into the salon test for a cut and blow dry with Emily. The staff were so lovely and kind. Emily was so friendly and lovely. I had my hair washed by katie who did a wonderful job. One of the best blow drys I’ve ever had! Will definitely be coming back very soon!

I went here yesterday for lymphatic drainage using the slimyonik air body suit for 60 minutes worth £80 with neck and back massage after for £45 . Welcoming well kept and friendly salon : I had a long overdue pedicure with the lovely Toni today , and came out walking on air ! Toni is so friendly , professional and welcoming . She always makes me feel comfortable and pampered , and is knowledgeable and very good at her job . I wouldn’t go to anyone else , highly recommended 😊

I've been getting my haircut with Trisha at The Hair Lounge for over 10 years. There's a reason it's been that long...she's great! Decor and atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. It's very clean too. I always push my luck trying new styles but Trisha is always accommodating and able to pull off whatever I ask for. I couldn't recommend The Hair Lounge highly enough and would suggest if you are looking for a hairdresser in the Caterham area then look no further.

The Hair Lounge had been my local hair salon for some time; I found the entire staff pleasant, welcoming and professional.
