I had such an amazing experience with junior stylist bayley! He is truly great! He transformed my hair completely, I know everyone is different, however he managed to lift 5 years of red and black box dye from my hair and created the most beautiful ashy light brown colour. He made so much effort with my highlights and it really payed off! My hair was black, long, thick, and broken. The results were stunning!! Thank you so much Bayley 🥰❤️

I am always unsure what to ask for with my hair but Irene listened to my preferences and needs and offered wonderful suggestions and executed it amazingly! These words will fail to explain how much having my hair cut & glossed by the hair magicians gorgeous Teresa and beautiful Irene has meant to me… I had booked an appointment 1.5 years ago and my father died 1 week before my appointment & I just couldn’t think of doing anything nice for myself let alone my hair. It was my sister who said I had better get my hair done before I meet her next week that made me book over a year later. The transformation ….I feel on a visceral level a million dollars.. I thought I’d cried all my tears over losing my papa & my mummy but looking at myself after they worked their magic I cried my eyes out because I felt beautiful… trust me I ugly cry 😳 but I still felt beautiful. I’d have paid double to feel like this… I’m utterly grateful to these glorious women… I want to start living and looking after myself again. Firstly, the atmosphere of the salon, as you walk in you are welcomed by happy bubbly staff who love what they do. You are offered drinks teas, coffee, biscuits etc. They have a refreshing consult with you where they listen to every word and know the perfect balance between what you have in mind and what would work best for your hair. I came in with something in mind, some bangs and layers to make my long hair more exciting and to frame my face. What Teresa gave me was more than I had ever imagined was possible. I have never been happier. I can’t forget the amazing wash with a heavenly head and scalp massage that sent me to sleep. What really topped off my experience was a bouncy blowout, I couldn’t be happier and can’t wait for my next cut. Thank you.
