I have been coming here since it was TN6. I always see Kerry, who rescued me from green swampy hair after a bleach and tone treatment went awfully wrong! She not only saved my hair but has risen to every challenge I have presented her - two tone hair, bleaching out blue stain, no problem for Kerry. Hayley the new owner is wonderful and it has been lovely watching her put her stamp on the place. I am planning to move away soon, but I absolutely will not be changing my hair stylist.

Hayley’s been doing my hair for nearly ten years! And so excited to now have the full salon experience in a calm and welcoming setting. The range of products make my hair feel so soft and shiny… especially the new hair mask treatment, I leave fully relaxed ☺️

Hayley and her team are so welcoming and friendly. My 6 yr old son has been getting his hair cut by Hayley for the last year. He is deaf, and Hayley has gone out of her way to make him feel comfortable by using some sign language and asking how best to communicate with him. When asked what he liked about Hayley my son said 'she is very careful not to cut my ears and I like her Halloween decorations'. Thank you team Serenna.

I saw Hayley for the first time today, my hair was in an absolute state as I've been putting off seeing a new hairdresser - I've been with my usual one for as long as I can remember! Hayley instantly made me feel at ease and in very good hands. She was a brilliant mixture of respecting what sort of thing I was hoping for, but also her expert judgment and advice. She completely transformed my hair and I think knew more what I wanted than I did! I highly recommend this lovely lady, she really is excellent at what she does, and such a warm friendly person.
