I went to see Millie of Defined Beauty By Millie based out of Allure Hair & Beauty in Caterham for a Head Spa Treatment and I cannot wait to another! The ultimate relaxation and was completely zen. Millie was fantastic from start to finish, easy to book with great availability, great customer service and wonderful service delivery. Thank you so much! Also, an additional thanks to Elyse who gave my kid sister the cut and blow dry of dreams, she has kept her hair down ever since, which is unheard of!

Thanks to Millie and Natalie at Allure Beauty, I was able to really end my birthday on a high. Both ladies really accommodated me, when traffic made me late- ensuring I could still get to have my treatments! The Japanese head spa with Millie is absolutely amazing!! Millie made me so comfortable and Left me feeling so relaxed. I had my first Japanese head spa experience with Millie today, and it was fantastic. Millie was excellent throughout the treatment. Her massage pressure was firm, and it was clear she takes great pride in her work and genuinely enjoys what she does. She prioritised my comfort, ensuring I was nice and warm during the session. She also asked me if I’d like it if she explained each step of the process, which I said yes to. It’s not often you’re asked this so I really appreciated it. The whole experience was so relaxing and enjoyable. She was thorough and attentive to every detail. I highly recommend her and the Japanese head spa treatment.

Brilliant experience with Millie and the Head spa treatment last week. Every part of the treatment was amazing so many different massage techniques- it was so relaxing and I slept so well after the treatment and my hair feels lovely! Would 100% recommend- perfect treat for yourself or someone else!

Love this new addition to our high street. Lily has done my daughters & my hair for a few years & knows what colour I like & reminds me when I need a cut. Vibrant atmosphere & was so accommodating when I needed to change appointment last minute, another lovely lady did my hair & love coming here. Abby is so friendly she does my nails & asks if I need a sugary drink each time because I get anxiety & dizzy very often, they're all really understanding & so glad they're here
