Fiona and her team at Frame Salon are fantastic. The salon is so welcoming and friendly and it’s got such a great vibe about it. The salon itself is light and large. There is plenty of parking which is always a bonus, and only about 10 minutes from Bishops Stortford or Sawbridgeworth! The team have a wealth of knowledge and skills behind them, built up from many years of working in the industry. Fiona listens carefully to your wishes and talks you through everything prior to starting so you know exactly what you are going to get. I have always come away ecstatic at how my hair looks, always better than I imagine. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Frame Salon to anyone!

I am a client of Fiona but a few other ladies (Hayley and Daryl) have also done my hair and I’m always so impressed. They are all so warm and friendly but also never upsell you on treatments, if they don’t think you need to spend extra money and time they will tell you- which I am sure we all can appreciate!
