My new brows. Micro-bladed by Catherine. I am totally new to most treatments, never really treated myself before. I was nervous of walking in and not knowing what to do, or what to ask for. Well I really didn’t need to worry, Cat made me feel so welcome and took my insecurities away as soon as I met her. Talked me through the whole process from the moment I booked my appointment. I chose Catherine because of a quick google search and convenience. My expectations of my experience was outstanding and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for anything she offers. Catherine did a wonderful job with my eyebrows and I’m very happy with the results. She is very professional and quick to respond to messages or queries. The whole procedure was explained fully. I contacted Catherine’s clinic regarding my eyebrows that was misshaped and I was unhappy with them, she made me feel happy that she could help me get a beautiful shape again. I had a consultation and patch test, very professional and clean, we spoke more regarding eyebrow colours and what I would like regarding shape and look. On the day of the appointment she made me feel very comfortable again very clan and professional. First timer going to cat and can happily say I am so pleased. She made me feel so comfortable, she was so warm and welcoming and so chatty and friendly. The clinic was lovely and clean (and the comfiest chair ever!!). As far as the service goes, she was gentle and clear with the process and the aftercare, which some technicians fail to share. My lashes look fab! Would definitely recommend Catherine’s clinic if your looking for a beauty therapist and a friendly face all in one. Will be going back for many more treatments in the future.
