Always, always a fab experience at Elite! All the hairdressers are very experienced and creative, put you at ease and really listen to what you would like and are on hand with suggestions if you wish. You'll also have a lovely time whilst you're there. You can keep to the same or tweak/change every time you go and they're on board with expert advice and ideas. I rarely leave reviews but this salon is one of the easiest recommendations to make. The lovely Natalie is who I see...and she's brilliant, but I would in all honesty, happily see any of the other hairdressers if Nat was unavailable. They are ahead with creative techniques, tips, styles and predicted trends...and they've always been spot on. Thanks to all the team and especially Nat. If you're looking for a change give Elite a try...you'll be very pleased with your decision.

"After many years of not fully looking after my hair, my daughter suggested I visit this salon. And I was not disappointed. They removed all of my old hair color and completely transformed the condition of it. Then they gave it a treatment, colored it, and cut it. The staff are amazing. I'm a 60+ year old lady who gets nervous and they made me feel safe and comfortable. It was a pleasure going there and I look forward to going back. Had my hair cut by Nicole today (it hadn't been cut for a very long time) and I am very pleased with the results! Nicole gave me tips for my hair type and helped me with face framing to suit my face shape.

I love coming here. The environment is always really welcoming and it's clear that all the stylists know their stuff. It's lovely to see that lots do their training there. I have Nicole and she always sits me down before we start to go through her ideas. I know nothing about hair so she explains the best she can so I understand. She makes professional suggestions. She makes me feel really relaxed and allows me to chill! The rest of the team are always on hand for support. Recently, Nicole and Anna did a fantastic job of washing, blow-drying and curling 6 bridesmaids and myself as the bride the morning of my wedding. Fitted us in and made us all look and feel wonderful.

Reflexology with Caroline. I loved this treatment, I felt really spoilt as it was a gift from Christmas and some much needed pamper time. Caroline listened to my needs and what I wanted from the treatment. She explained everything and it wasn’t long before I was relaxing in a peaceful, cosy room. Caroline applied the right pressure and I left feeling soothed and at peace.

Fantastic job done by the lovely Hannah. She took her time and done a fabulous job on my nails. Very polite young lady. Highly recommended

Shannon was just lovely. I felt very at ease having my ears pierced at the grand old age of 42! Very happy with the service. Shannon took time and care to make sure I was happy with the location of the piercings, there was a great range of studs to choose from and everything went very smoothly. Thankyou

I've been twice now and each time had a lovely experience! It's definitely a place to go for a treat, as it's pricier than a lot of other salons, but I felt the overall experience is worth it. The atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming. I had a french manicure with Sophie who is lovely. She is knowledgeable, precise and takes great care to check you're happy with the outcome. So pleased with my Mani and can't wait for the next visit!

This was my 2nd time visiting for a facial treatment with the lovely Hannah who is very welcoming, professional and explains everything she is going to do from beginning to end. Hannah made me feel so comfortable and relaxed during and after my treatment. I have also invested in a set of cryo balls which Hannah showed me how to use to get the best from them at home. I, and others have noticed a visible difference in my skin since my first treatment, that is why I have booked my 3rd facial treatment with Hannah for 11 weeks time.

Very friendly. But also respected when I wanted quiet and to just relax and enjoy the treatment. Very good at giving advice on colours. Kept checking in to ensure she wasn't being too rough and if the water was warm enough. Would recommend. Thanks for a very relaxing experience.

Ren is my go-to stylist, and she always delivers incredible results—she listens carefully to what I want and offers expert advice to ensure my hair looks amazing every time. I’ve also had the pleasure of seeing Izzy and Erin, who are both equally talented. All the staff are so lovely and create such a welcoming atmosphere. The salon itself is a beautiful space— always impeccably clean. I always leave feeling refreshed, and in love with my hair. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Booking my first appointment alone was quick and easy and I am always booked in for the new appointment when at the Salon making the process for me a lot smoother. As someone who is nervous socially entering new places I am always warmly welcomed. I have been to the salon on numerous occasions now and always felt so comfortable. Ben is an incredible hairdresser, i always walk into the salon feeling welcomed and reassured that i will have “top quality service”. He uses the correct colour, toning products and techniques to enhance my hair to it’s full capacity. Ben is very specific, and always wants his result to turn out to perfection. I always feel safe and reassured that i’ll be taken care of. When i give Ben my ideas he is 100% accurate in delivering the service as per request from the start of the appointment. I could not recommend more highly urban retreat , I arrived at the salon with hair that had been blasted by sun, sea and chlorine it was in a terrible state ! I left urban green looking and feeling like a new woman having been in the capable hands of Hannah with restored locks and a bounce in my step as a result . Thankyou . Amazing colour done by Lottie. I wanted a bit of a change so she suggested going for a different colour underneath instead of a full head of colour. As she is a trainee she consulted with one of the senior stylists to confirm the colours were OK. Lottie was easy to talk too whilst she was applying my colour and I was offered a cup of tea. She cut and styled my hair as requested checking throughout what I wanted. Senior stylist checked cut at the end. Salon was clean and tidy and stylists were constantly sweeping and cleaning away in-between clients, a lovely, friendly environment. I am so pleased with the result, thank you Lottie.
