Ben is an incredible hairdresser, i always walk into the salon feeling welcomed and reassured that i will have “top quality service”. He uses the correct colour, toning products and techniques to enhance my hair to it’s full capacity. Ben is very specific, and always wants his result to turn out to perfection. I always feel safe and reassured that i’ll be taken care of. When i give Ben my ideas he is 100% accurate in delivering the service as per request from the start of the appointment. Ben is brilliant, he always gets the hairstyle I ask for exactly right and gives great advice and tips on what will work best for your hair. He's super accommodating and creates a really nice, relaxed environment. Would definitely recommend Ben and UrbanGreen!

I could not recommend more highly urban retreat , I arrived at the salon with hair that had been blasted by sun, sea and chlorine it was in a terrible state ! I left urban green looking and feeling like a new woman having been in the capable hands of Hannah with restored locks and a bounce in my step as a result . Thankyou . If any body is looking for a wonderful experience when getting there hair coloured or high lighted. Look no further Lee is just wonderful, he takes time to listen to you very caring person, but most of all he is a master at colour. I just love how he does my hair.
