Outstanding, the team at Lavant Rowe were amazing. Having received a horrifically disastrous hair colouring treatment at a nearby salon in Petersfield I phoned Lavant Rowe and they were fab. Fitted me in that same day to have a colour strip, re-colour, cut, restyle and finish. OH WOW 😍 the whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I was made to feel so welcome and relaxed, and was reassured that my hair would be transformed. I was most certainly not disappointed. I floated out of the salon feeling a million dollars thanks to the Lavant Rowe team. I would highly recommend this salon. I was treated like a special guest, even to the point that they went out the shop to get me a soft drink of my choice. Now that is true customer service. I was nervous about going to the salon as it has such a high class appearance and worried it was more for the 'upper class' customer only, BUT NO, don't be blinded, everyone is super, super nice. Chatty, friendly, welcoming, eager to help in any way possible. Without doubt a 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 massive thumbs up and well deserved five stars. I can't thank you enough x

Steve is an amazing stylist who’s worked in top salons styling A listers , An upmarket experience, lovely professional staff. Used Steve for twenty years.He is literally a cut above the rest.

Steven is lovely and always listens to what I want and is happy to make adjustments when needed, which with my curly hair that has a mind of its own can sometime happen. It’s always a nice experience going to LR.

I really can't rate this salon highly enough. The team are lovely as is the salon - always a relaxing and enjoyable occasion which is what it should be. Stephen has been cutting my hair for more years than I care to remember and his skills are fantastic.
