Louise and Rich, the owners, are legendary and I know every time I go I’m going to have people complimenting my hair for days! It’s a little oasis of happiness in London as well, good vibes only and honestly, you’ll leave smiling AND gorgeous!

Went to see Monica for a haircut and she was fantastic! So gentle and had amazing advice on cutting/styling. She has an amazing eye and my hair has never looked better, highly recommend the salon and coming in to see her!

I had the best experience! Usually, it scares me to try a new place, but because my daughter loves The Loch, I felt that I needed to try it. The minute I arrived, I felt like I was at home. It was fun, such a nice environment! Richard did my highlights, and I can tell you it's worth it. He heard me and understood me even though I didn't speak much English. We laughed, and he assured me that there was nothing to worry about. Also, the Loch team is lovely. From the moment you arrive, you can feel how amazing the place is. I recommend it 100%. Best ever treatment for my unruly curls! Monica patiently showed me the best curly hair techniques. Didnt do the standard straight blow out which i hate, but gave me my natural curls, but with super amp…I am beyond pleased. I have known richard, one of the owners, for a very long time, and his new salon is so special- cozy, warm, and features all organic aveda products. He also not only happens to be a really great person, but also an incredible stylist and gifted colourist. Highly recommend!!!!

The LOCH is a mini paradise!!! Louise and Richard have truly created the most beautiful salon and always make it feel like home when I’m there!! 🌈💛 The vibes are peaceful, naturally lit, lots of character with a fresh modern spin! I leave feeling fabulous every time with my hair coloured & trimmed by Louise! She is a pro! Both Louise & Richard are amazing to chat with while I’m there and they even bring me all of my fave travel/photography books too (they’ve got a great selection)!! 🧡 I ADORE my visits to the Loch & highly highly recommend!!!
