Just wanted to share my wonderful experience from my appointment yesterday at the salon. I couldn't be happier with the results and the incredible kindness I received during my correction appointment from another branch. I went in for a correction balayage and face framing cut, Raphaela truly exceeded my expectations! She not only gave me a face framing cut but also trimmed and styled my hair beautifully, and went above and beyond to ensure I was thrilled with the outcome. I am so grateful for her dedication and expertise. My "mummy makeover" is finally complete, and the look I envisioned has come to life. I believe Raphaela deserves recognition for her outstanding work. She flawlessly styled my super curly hair, and I absolutely love the results. I’m so in love with her work, I booked her again in 2 months time 😁

Had really nice experience there. Got an appointment within 15 minutes for a wash and style on Valentine’s! Got Camila to do my hair and it turned out amazing and she was quick too 🤗 Plus, curls don’t usually last on me but this time, some curls have lasted for a whole week! Would highly recommend and ask for Camila to get great results

Amazing Colourist Camila! A massive thank you for a really amazing full hair colouring experience. Camila just worked her magic. Had a major 'home mishap' when retouching my grey hair and ended up doing some real damage to my hair colour--i used a very dark 'intense brown' permanent colour, followed by a light version and the result was.... disastrous. Booked an emergency appointment at my salon, Headmasters Shepherds Bush, and was introduced to Camila who diagnosed the situation, looked at some pictures of what my normal natural hair colour is like, and devised a great plan for restoring the tint, covering the greys and restoring the shine. Camila was professional, incredibly fast and on top of the different phases of colouring and incredibly knowledgeable on how to restore the tones in my hair. She asked good questions, looked at pictures of my hair as it is and also had the right instinct for the colour that would work. In addition, she did a very quick and beautiful blow dry and re-booked me in for 6 weeks' time. I can honestly say that the experience was really great and it's changed my mind to actually go to the salon for grey coverage, rather than try to do it at home. I know my hair will be restored, cared for and in a much better place. Thank you Camila, for the great care you took this afternoon and for the beautiful result. See you in 6 weeks! I highly recommend Headmasters in Shepherds Bush (I have been going there over 15 years) and for colour, i have found a really great technician there. (The before photo would have showed my hair the colour of professor Snape in Harry Potter--dark, dark chestnut, dull and without any light--and below is the 'after')

Camilla is a total gem! I’ve had her at Headmasters several times and she is consistently wonderful - she takes time to listen and never assumes, checks in regularly to ensure that you’re happy, and does an amazing colour. She did a blow dry for me that lasted an incredibly long time, and looked amazing. Delighted to have a great hairdresser in a convenient location with a nice vibe.

I got my very first set of acrylic nails here! I was going on a trip to Greece in late September and wanted to treat myself to a set of acrylic nails. I got the acrylic nails with gel polish and the chrome add-on and the total came out to £65.00, and I prepaid online so there was no hassle when my nails were done, I just walked out the door. I had a very nice experience with my nail technician who made good conversation during the appointment. I got exactly what I requested. Though during the filing, I was noticing that it seemed like my skin around the cuticle and sides of my finger were getting sanded too and it was a bit uncomfortable and left the a bit agitated and slightly red for a couple days after. There was also excess acrylic on the underside of the nail that made it not smooth and a bit of a hinderance around the sides of the undersides of the nail that I wish she had filed away before the end of the appointment. However, the nails are still staying on pretty good for a month's grow-out time. (the attached photos are fresh out of the salon)

Farah’s new location is great and so close to Goldhawk Road station! She has her own private area downstairs which is nice and quiet. I’m so pleased with my highlights, cut, and blow dry and very speedy service! I will definitely be back for more treatments
