Wow amazing hair dresser. Have been using this lady for many years regularly. She always does an amazing job with my hair and makes it look absolutely magnificent. Would definitely recommend her. 5 stars all the way.

I had my Kurtain done by golden hair and makeup and I loved the result! She was very professional, listened to what I wanted and I am really pleased with the result! You can really tell she loves her job and is passionate about what she does. I felt very comfortable in the place ,I am recommend her for all of my friends .

Leena is a lovely lady that always does a great job on my hair. She gives Advice on keeping my hair healthy and takes time to make sure I'm happy with my hair before leaving. Would definitely recommend her to all my friends!

Just had my first wax experience here with cristina, and it couldn’t have been better. She was super friendly, very informative and helpful with explaining the waxing process. I was immediately at ease here and got a great wax! Will definitely be back if I’m in ruislip again ❤️

I have been going to Cristina for years for my bikini and full face wax and I just have to say she is amazing! She makes me feel so comfortable and she is very knowledgeable in what she’s doing. I haven’t let someone touch my brows in 7 years and she finally did and she did them exactly how I would do it. 😍 Her place is based in a beautiful cabin with so much privacy!! The cleanliness and professionalism is what keeps me a loyal customer! I have recommended Cristina to all my girlfriends because we should all feel confident when doing such stuff such as waxing private areas!

I highly recommend. I've tried many beauty salons throughout the years, and most of the times (if not always), I end up feeling quite unsatisfied with the service for one reason or another, specially at this price range. I feel very happy with the whole experience at Cristina's place. She was fast but took great care and time to ensure she was doing an efficient job. Cristina, apart from demonstrating she was an expert, she was very pleasant, welcoming and comforting. Her working space was super clean and peaceful, and I felt I had lots of privacy. I will definitely go to ger from now on. Very worth to try your waxing there if you are in the local area and you haven't done so yet. :)

The staff are very friendly and do a great job every time. There's a family vibe, everyone joking and chatting, they even have their chihuahuas there! They don't take reservations but there's rarely a wait. And if there is, they'll offer you a drink!

I'm writing this review first of all to thank the little dog at the reception who kept me company while I was waiting for my daughter to have her hair done by Ms. Mary (by the way, Ms. Mary is exceptional, my daughter who is very demanding was pleasantly impressed by the beautiful haircut), I cannot but mention Mr. Karl who was very kind. We will definitely come back.

This is an amazing salon! The owners are so friendly and my stylist Lori was incredible. I came in there out of chance because my previous salon let me down 30 mins before my appointment. It was a blessing in descise! I had a drastic colour change and the end result turned out better than I could have expected. I can not recommend this place enough!

I had a hot stone full body massage with Caroline today, 2 days before my wedding. Caroline is a true professional and the massage was incredible. I’ve had a few hot stone massages elsewhere previously but this was the best one I’ve had. I feel so relaxed! Cannot recommend her enough and will certainly be back!

I have now been going to the lovely hair studio after going into remission fighting for lymphoma where I lost all my hair 🥹 I had a couple of consultations as I could not make my mind up to what I wanted done . Lynne and her daughter were very patient and took me through everything and gave me lots of time . Every time I go in there I am looked after by all the lovely staff whether it’s me or any other customers. Thank you so much .

Excellent place - had my hair styled by Jane, what a true professional! She has extensive knowledge and gave me expert advice. I have quite thick unmanageable hair and I had highlights, cut and blow dry, my hair looked fantastic and in such good condition after Jane had finished. The salon is lovely too. It truly provides complete customer experience, hot chocolate was amazing! I have no hesitation in highly recommending this Salon and will definitely be going back.

The member of staff was called Sophie and gave me the most fantastic massage. Asked me before starting how I liked by massage, soft or hard. The massage was just how I liked it and she paid extra attention to those areas that needed it. Would definitely recommend the massage and Sophie.

I had the most wonderful full body massage and Indian head massage. It was so relaxing and, I was in a total dream. Friendly, professional and extremely talented. I’ll definitely be returning, as soon as I can.

I came for a pedicure, but unfortunately,due problems with my knees, was not able to sit in the main salon for my pedicure to be carried out. That was not a problem- I was shown to a private room, and the pedicure took place with me sitting on the bed. I was asked what type of music I liked, which was a very nice thought, and the pedicure was superb and relaxing. Would highly recommend.
