I went to HairElite after having a really bad haircut from another salon. I walked into the hair dressers feeling deflated and miserable and left feeling confident and a completely different woman. Michelle cut and highlighted my hair beautifully and made me smile like i havent for yrs! Theresa and Michelle make a wonderful team, they listen to your needs but also give great advice. The atmosphere is so lovely and welcoming and you also end up talking to other clients. All my friends and family have commented how amazing my hair looks. I will now be taking my children to get their hair done too. Thank you ladies for giving me a piece of myself back that i thought I had lost!

I’m absolutely blown away with my hair. I’ve never ever left a salon and been 100% happy with my hair colour. This is the fist time ever I’ve walked out a hairdressers happy. The girls are just so lovely and so welcoming. I ended up have a lovely morning chatting and enjoying my experience. I can not recommend Hair Ellie enough. I have been going to HairElite since they opened and before that Theresa did my hair at another Salon. Theresa and Michelle are so friendly and you never feel rushed when asking for or receiving advice on anything hair related. Extremely friendly and professional service! I had gone in for an initial consultation first and then booked my first appointment with them. I appreciated how honest yet reassuring the consultation was! Shel and Theresa worked wonders on my hair and fixed a previous bad balayage. The entire process took almost six hours, but their patience and their efforts were felt throughout. I have never felt so heard and cared for at any hair salon ever. At the end, Shel gave me the exact hair cut I had asked for and ensured that all my expectations were met. I'll be going back in a couple of weeks!
