The color-matching process was spot on— Lily took her time to ensure the extensions blended seamlessly with my natural hair, and the match is so perfect that you can’t even tell where my real hair ends and the extensions begin. The installation process was smooth and quick, with no discomfort at all. The tapes feel lightweight and secure, and they lie flat, making them nearly invisible. The hair quality is amazing—soft, shiny, and easy to style. If you’re considering tapes, I highly recommend Lily for the job!

I had the most amazing experience at rush this week. I turned up for my appointment and was told it was actually an hour earlier (I had no idea and had it in my head it was this time) they were super understanding and the receptionist asked a few of the stylists if they could make it work. Then I was sat down shortly after and Rosie did my hair. She was INCREDIBLE ! From her skills all the way to her beautiful care and kindness. One of the nicest experiences I’ve ever ever had. I was so happy with the results and honestly Can’t thank them enough for making space for me and being so understanding and then so caring and ensuring I left feeling amazing! Also great value. Can’t thank you enough ❤️
