An excellent salon in the heart of South London. As an artist I've been generously sponsored by this lovely team of talented hairdressers and make up artists and I'm very grateful. They've given me a new edgy look for my shows, and we are still discovering more. Great people, very professional, and the results are fabulous. Soothing experience on top. I highly recommend them!

Fizz - Is super cool, really understands your needs and is very easy to talk to. She will be able to recommend you some treatment for any weather and activity. She will help you understand your hair and recommend good products which dont hurt your scalp etc. Always go here when ever we can & sometimes even go just for a quick chat & do get some hair products....

This review is specific to the Hair Academy at Heir Generation. I had a bleach and balayage done by Natalia. I'd recommend this place to someone who doesn't care for prosecco/tea/coffee/water served to them, but wants to walk out with quality advice and an amazing hair transformation that doesn't break the bank. What to expect: Because the students are still in the process of learning you'll see and hear Fiz the manager giving them advice on how they can improve what they're doing and feedback on the process. The experience may therefore take longer than normal. Staff: Natalia did a fab job of my hair as you can see from the photo. Natalia is training at the Academy and she was quick, adapted to feedback given by the manager and offered great advice on what I should do with my hair. Customer experience: As someone who had 'virgin hair' beforehand, I had no idea what I was talking about and the staff at the salon ensured that I felt comfortable and confident with the new style I was going for. They made sure to customise the hair cut and colour to my lifestyle too which showed their experience and professionalism. Why not 5 stars? I loved the experience and definitely will go back as I trust Natalia with my hair, plus love what she's done with it. But leaving the salon my hair smelt funky, of bleach maybe? And the shampoo/treatment I've bought from them doesn't smell incredible either. But hey, you are getting a 5/5 hair transformation.

This is a before and after of my hair results, I am absolutely in love. I would like to thank the amazing Bella for doing my hair I have natural Afro/ very curly hair and she completely transformed it. Heir generation is the only hair salon I will ever feel comfortable using and I have been coming here from around the age of 15. They have the best service and make you feel so comfortable with the best prices too!! Thank you very much ❤️

Manager stylist Fiz, was absolutely amazing... really took the time to listen to what I wanted and seemed to understand my vision. Fiz, Ivett and Kui was really friendly, lovely and chatty.
