I simply love this Salon and the staff. I don’t know what I’d do without them or their skills. Laura has been doing my nails for longer than I can remember. She is an amazing nail tech and can do literally anything you ask her on your nails. She is very accommodating and tries to fit you in no matter what. Hollies skills are second to none, perfection doesn’t say enough for her abilities. My eyelashes are admired by everyone I know! Going into the salon is like walking into a family, everyone is so friendly and happy to see you. I simply can’t rate these lovely ladies highly enough.

Brilliant salon, my whole family goes for all their beauty needs. It really is the best one stop shop! Hollie is the queen of brows and Shannon kills it every time with the hair! So friendly and welcoming, Laura really has made the salon a home from home environment which is perfect to sit relax and have a good chat and laugh with the girls.

The best salon! Would recommend to anyone I know for all services! Laura has done my nails for years and is absolutely incredible, Shannon has also been doing my hair for as long as I can remember and is the absolute best in the game, she smashes it every single time, Hollie also does my lashes and brows and have loved them every single time, again is absolutely insane at what she does! All the girls are so lovely, the environment in the salon is exactly what you want for any treatment, the best salon in town!

Hollie has been doing my lashes for years and always does the best job, beyond pleased every time! I've recently started getting my hair done with Shannon too and I'm always absolutely in love with her work! All the girls are so friendly and chatty and anytime I visit the salon it just feels so comfortable and like I'm with friends while getting treatments!

Mad Jo is a very talented & creative hairdresser. She is willing to make your hair as way out as you like. I'm thrilled with the way she's done my hair. She also does the usual standard styles.

Beth is incredible at what she does, whenever i go to beth to get my hair done i always come out feeling amazing and it is always perfect, I cant thank her enough for doing mine and my bridal teams hair on the morning of my wedding. I went to Beth with a couple of ideas of what I wanted and she delivered! I absolutely loved my hair on the day and it was exactly what I imagined. And it still looked great at the end of the night!! Beth done 6 of us in total and everyone loved there hair 😍 I would recommend Beth to anyone looking for a hair Stylist for there big day.

First time visiting Tahnees Hair & Beauty, and it will definitely not be the last. I suffer with Severe Mental Health Illness including Agoraphobia and Severe Anxiety, I explained this when booking my appointment and I was reassured with supportive understanding. I was booked in with Nkki and she has done a wonderful job on my hair and was very supportive during the whole time I was there, I felt atease white quickly and even enjoyed having my hed massaged. Nikki (excuse possible spelling error) is the ONLY hairdressers that has given me what I have asked for since I was 20 (I'm 35 now!). She is a master of hair in all ways. Full of knowledge, which she is able to transfer to explain her thoughts, and it helps guide you in a direction - especially when you have no clue about hair like myself. Niķki was left in a bit of a situation before Christmas and she was juggling so much, but she managed to still fit me in for a 9am - 2pm appointment to completey transform my hair from a mirage of box dye to a gorgeous lighter balayage to look more natural. Also, for my thick hair sisters and brothers: Nikki curled my hair and made them stay!!!! That has NEVER happened before!!! Thank you Nikki, you're a star 🌟

Absolutely superb! From start to finish, welcoming, friendly, took time to explain options, gave advice, the skin fade cut was spot on and the perm looks incredible! Nicki and both staff took time to talk to us help out and make us feel so welcome (Team work) Lauren thank you what a happy client! Excellent salon, welcoming friendly atmosphere with lovely girls who know what they are doing to make you feel relaxed and comfortable whilst being pampered which is what we all need. The staff are all so friendly. I always have my hair done by Emma who does such an amazing job. My hair hasn't been in this good of condition for years and that's all down to her :-). Thankyou so much. Lovely little compliments of tea or coffee with a biscuit. The sallon is always clean and it's very bright and open which makes the atmosphere really nice. I highly recomend the staff at Mayfair !!

Mel is amazing. My husband has really tricky hair - she’s the only person who makes it look great. She’s been cutting our hair for years and never lets us down.

I haven't had my hair cut for a while, so i decided to book in for a dry cut. My sister has been here before and loved the style. Such a better cut then I have had at more expensive salons and a better service. although it is a-lot different after covid, the stylists are polite and take your needs in mind. Will be coming back

Mayfair Salon is lovely , i have been a few times for my haircut and colour with Mel who is so friendly and welcoming I would not go anywhere else now .The cut is brilliant as I have very fine hair and just love my colour too , the salon is bright spotlessly clean all the staff are lovely and friendly 👌 would definetly recommend thank you Debbi X

My mum and I treated ourselves. Tammi (y) was our hairdresser. She washed, cut, blow dry, and styled. Coffee was offered and taken. The hair wash and head massage Tammi did was amazing. The whole experience was wonderful. Very welcoming and hospitable. Great location for me anyway. The shop is light and airy. Comfortable couch to wait on. We both loved our hair cut and styles. We will come again. I will try a massage soon.I highly recommend.

Babylon is a fantastic salon in a great location. The salon is always clean, bright and everyone who works there is very welcoming. Jasmine is a great hairdresser who is very knowledgeable and is always happy to help. It’s really easy to book in with Jas using the online booking system on the website and I would recommend her to anyone!

Can't recommend Tami at Babylon enough! I'm one of those fussy people who's precious about their length and anxious after past chops, but Tami listened to what I wanted and understood exactly what I meant. She was so lovely and I've come away so happy with exactly the haircut I asked for. Won't go anywhere else and will probably have more regular trims now I've found someone I trust!

Jayda is an amazing beauty therapist with very good eye for detail! I’ve always been a bit funny with who does my eyebrows but I trust Jayda 100%, she does a beautiful job on them 🤩 She’s the kindest person I’ve ever met and she makes you feel at ease as soon as you walk in the room. I went to see Jayda Rose for a double session of radiofrequency skin tightening. Her room was warm and cosy, located above Elysian hairdressers on the Dorchester Rd. After 4 years on high dose steroids (40 to 60mgs a day) and despite losing weight, I was left with a considerable amount of excess fatty, loose skin all around my neck, and some on my face. I wasn't expecting much difference. However, the results were amazing and instant. I actually have a chin and a large amount of the excess tissue around my neck and some lines on my face have disappeared after my first session! The procedure was painless and felt like a warm facial. There were no side effects, such as red skin or blotches. Jadya was professional and friendly and has undertaken an extensive amount of training and courses. I would highly recommend jayda👌 ❤️ Update 18th Dec 2024: I have now had a cours of 10 sessions costing £279. The results are astonishing. I didn't even think this was possible. For any doubters I only adopted my rescue Yorkie, Lily in August. So I have not spent a lot of time to achieve the results below. I feel like I'm back to my old self. No needles as I'm on warfarin.
