Having been to the same hairdresser for years my mild anxiety on my first visit to VIP was immediately dissipated.. A warm welcome by all. Fabulous colour, and the cut is superb. My hubbys comment says it all. “ That’s the best I’ve seen your hair look for years! I have a new wife!” I love it. Thank you Gemma for a great cut, and attention to detail, and the colourist whose name I didn’t pick up did a great job. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

Fantastic, lovely, professional Hairdressers! Who were all very welcoming, friendly & listened to everything we wanted & were very informative... My daughter & I both had our hair washed, conditioned & restyled... booked only a few hours b4... so they fitted us in together which was fabulous! I have been going to Elizabeth Jayne for a while now and I honestly would not turn to any other hairdressers to do my hair! After many years of loosing trust in having my hair done because something always seems to go wrong and I end up not happy and not confident in myself; I moved to corfe Mullen and was so drawn to the beautiful decor in the salon at Elizabeth Jayne!! I got to speak to Amie herself (owner) and she listened to my ideas and truly grasped what I wanted for my hair and she amazes me with the results every time! All the ladies are lovely and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I would definitely recommend Elizabeth Jayne (especially Amie 🤭) with flying colours 🫶🏼

I have been going to Lauren now for nearly a year. My nails were in a terrible state when i first arrives. Lauren is a 10/10 nail tech, so friendly and polite, makes the environment so comfortable and enjoyable!" She is very professional and there is nothing she can't do... all you have to do is ask. Elizabeth Jayne is such an amazing salon as soon as you walk in you get greeted with a smile and someone there to hang up your coat, it’s got such a lovely feel and obviously is beautiful to look at, all staff so friendly and chatty, I get my hair and nails done by the lovely Lauren have been with Amie and Lauren for over a year now and love it so much such a high quality salon and professionalism and great prices too! Hannah was amazing, in fact a miracle worker. I'd have said my hair was wavy, I left with proper curls and a whole load of knowledge about how to recreate at home. She was so helpful and knowledgeable! 10/10 recommend for a curly cut even if you think your hair "isn't that curly".

Great, safe place for a curly cut! After so many years of bad haircuts, I found the Head Shed - a local place offering curly cuts. The experience was brilliant: such a nice vibe, from the location ( easy access from a nearby car park) to the people who worked there. All very friendly and made me feel welcome and relaxed. Hannah was my stylist, and she was excellent at communicating the process for my appointment, and gave me some excellent tips for my ongoing haircare. Never pushy on their own products and very understanding of me and my needs. Highly recommend them for all curly haired people.

I visited for the first time after months of needing a cut. The staff were warm and welcoming , which was a fabulous first impression. My assigned styling was very honest, letting me know that she would prefer to pass me to a more senior stylist, due to my hairstyle. I appreciated this honesty. My cut wasn't cheap but it was really well done and I like the finished style. The head massage was wonderful and so relaxing ! I think I probably overshared my life (! Lol)but my stylist, who I believe is the proprietor, was very lovely and didn't once show any kind of impatience with me..she was great!

I recently took my 3 year old daughter here for her first trim of her slow growing curly locks. I also had my 6 year son in tow. It was just before Christmas so the salon was very busy. We arrived just in the nick of time and were made very welcome. Although it was crowded, space was quickly made for us to get seated and Kate was attended to with professionalism and care. My son can be a little energetic at times and did wander down the salon a couple of times to be rapidly called back by me. At no time did I feel that there was any negative feedback from that by the staff. In fact the children were offered a sweet as a treat and the staff enaged with them when they could particularly Natalie the owner. Kate left feeling very happy. While I was sat there, I was able to observe the quality of the work that the team were creating for the clients of all ages. I would highly recommend and look forward to taking Kate along in future.

Today was my first visit to Beautifully Gorgeous and it certainly won’t be my last. Claire was so lovely and welcoming and did an absolutely cracking job on my nails. Since my usual salon closed down I’ve had a couple of poor experiences and feel so happy to have found this salon and such a lovely beauty therapist in Claire. Can’t wait to go back!

Holly just gets it right every single time! I often ask her for her recommendations on what I should get / what my hair needs colour-wise and it always feels genuine and that I’m being listened to - it’s not always an up-sell which I really appreciate! Everyone is lovely here - I’ve also had my hair done by Mia who did a great job too 😊

I usually have a cut and highlights. Because of a last minute conflict I had to change. They went above and beyond to accommodate me. I had a cut which was just what I wanted. The stylists are all pro's and very friendly.

I previously have been to Liv for special occasion Make-up, but more recently I go to her for hybrid lash extensions. They are great. The retention is amazing I go almost 4 weeks without needing an infill, which in the past has been unheard of with other lash tech’s. The salon is always clean and there is plenty of onsite parking.

Cannot recommend Liv anymore she is absolutely amazing! I started going to Liv just before Christmas and now I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She made me feel like we had known each other for years from the moment I walked in. Listened to what I wanted and then created the most amazing lashes for me! The quality of the lashes are incredible and last for so long! I couldn’t imagine not having them on anymore!

I’ve been getting hybrid eyelashes done by Olivia for a year now, and I can honestly say she’s the best! Every set she does looks incredible and they last for ages! Olivia is super talented and pays attention to every detail, making sure everything is perfect. I truly think she’s the best in the area when it comes to lashes. On top of that, she did my wedding makeup last year, and I was absolutely in love with how it turned out! It also helps that Olivia is such a lovely person, she’s kind, professional, and makes every appointment so enjoyable. Highly recommend her for lashes, makeup, or anything else she does! You won’t be disappointed.
