Ben did a brilliant job for us repairing our leaking gutters which had been poorly installed. He was also incredibly helpful offering advice for other issues we had with the house. I wouldn't hesitate in using Benvale again or recommending to friends and family.

I would highly recommend Benvale Home Maintenance - Ben was happy to tackle a variety of issues in our house including fitting a dishwasher, a complicated problem with fitting a cooker hood, putting up blinds and basically anything else we asked him to help with. No job is too much for him he just gets on with sorting everything and I wouldn't hesitate to book him again.

Ben recently completed several jobs around the house for me (ranging from installing a new dishwasher to repairing an old wooden window frame, grouting the hearth tiles to repairing a kitchen cabinet door). I found Ben to be professional and friendly, organised and neat and tidy in his approach to the work. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ben (as indeed, I already have) and look forward to welcoming him back again in the future as my new ‘go to’ handy person. A well deserved 5 star rating !

Just finished our kitchen with Trent Electrical doing the electrics and I am delighted with the end result! I had little idea of how to plan the lighting but with their expert guidance we have ended up with a fantastic set up! The guys are always on time, polite and their work is so neat and tidy! This is the third lot of work we have asked them to do and we can’t fault it! I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

John and the team were excellent. We had a change in circumstances that meant changing the quote and work schedule which was all worked through and consulted over. The garden clearance and removal of ivy and weeds left the place looking like a whole new garden. The team went above and beyond, were honest what they could and couldn’t do and even gave some helpful advice on what to do next to maintain it. Definitely use these guys again.

John and his brother have worked miracles in our overgrown garden. He came to take a look as I saw him doing a brilliant job on a neighbours garden and asked if he could give us a quote.John suggested work that I hadn't considered but I'm so glad I took a leap of faith. They have worked so hard over two days and have been so precise, they are perfectionists. When they had finished transforming our garden they cleared everything away leaving the garden really tidy. Its my honest review about Mr. Colin. Mr. Colin is very Honest , Friendly , Professional , Punctual, Hard working and Dedicated with the work. I was planning to get a Decking in my back garden for a size of 6m x 3.6m. I contacted Mr. colin over the phone , arranged to view the area and provided me a quote. He came on time as agreed , surveyed the area and understood my budget. He shopped around for me to get the best quality material to meet my budget. He plans his work methodically and executes it preciously as per the design. He kept me updated with every stage of work ( Removal , Frame work , Fitting and Painting ). I am overall Happy and Impressed with his work. He surpassed all my expectation. It's difficult nowdays to find trades man like Mr. Colin. I highly recommend Mr. Colin and will use him for my next Job.

We’ve been using Landmark to manage our previously untidy and overgrown garden for the past few months and have been very impressed by their professional service. They did a fab job cutting back our huge fig tree and digging out some hugely overgrown shrubs, the work was fantastic and they left everything absolutely pristine! Their ongoing maintenance service has been fantastic and our garden always looks fab after they visit. Highly recommend!

Excellent service from start to finish, worked with me to get best possible solution for the Solar system installed with very quick turn round. We have recently added an EV to the family and required a home charger installing to benefit from the cheaper electric tariff. First point of contact was Sam who organised a visit from Shaun, at 6pm which was a convenient time and date that suited me. Shaun arrived promptly and discussed what options were available, and the pros and cons of each one. We went for a new Hypervolt 3 Pro and are very happy with the choice and how it performs. All estimated and fitted within 2 weeks. This is the first time I have used S H Electrical and I will use them again if needed. I found S.H. Electrical on Google, I described the problem to the friendly lady on the phone. Within two hours the problem had been assessed in person, and I had a quote for the work required to rewire to my electric shower. The work was done today, prompt, efficient, neat and tidy. An excellent service and very good value for money. Highly, HIGHLY recommend this company and I will be telling all my friends. Will definitely use this company in the future.
