Contacted P and C and spoke to Craig. I had a minor emergency plumbing job and although he was snowed under with work and had a weekend away planned he managed to fit me in at short notice. I am absolutely delighted with the service he provided and a good quality job was done. Overall I am really pleased and would definitely use him again and I would highly recommend. Craig carried out some interior decoration & painting jobs and put up shelves in my mum's house. I found him to be reliable and trustworthy. He always turned up when he said he would and worked hard. Both Craig & Luke were top notch guys! Really friendly, polite and professional. Their rates were reasonable. Craig was very helpful and nice to talk to. Called Craig to remove an old dated carport, he didn’t hesitate to take the job on, came round, gave me a really good competitive price. Arranged to suit my availability. Craig did a really clean job. Took away all the rubbish and more that I didn’t need. Craig is the man you need when you need a job done right. Albert has been absolutely fantastic in the service he has provided. We have had all external windows, doors and patio doors mastic’d. Two broken extractor fans replaced, a set of patio doors readjusted and a new lock, fitted new blinds and a new shower screen. Albert is a perfectionist and his work is always completed to a very high standard. What a lovely man! Thank you Albert, we have found the perfect handyman for any future work 😊

Brilliant handyman found on Google. Didn't have the confidence to take down and install new shower screen. Spoke to Albert received a quote which was extremely competitive. Albert was recommended to me through a friend. He fitted 7 internal doors over 2 days. His work was of a very good quality and the price was spot on. He also cleaned up as he was working which isn't always the case when having work done. I will definitely use Albert again in the future.

Lucky and Son fitted a 17ft (5m by 3m) by 10ft metal garage which required bolting to the ground. Also, the garage assembly required 100s of screws to be fitted. They provided a professional quality service, fitting the garage exceptionally, preceded by a quick prompt honest transparent quote. All this was carried out with humility and character. Emily & Fran! Thank you so so much for everything you did for us for our wedding in July. You some how magically turned the jumble in my head, to everything and more than we could have ever imagined for styling our wedding day. By the time we got to confirming our choices for the styling and floristry I was struggling to make any decisions but Emily listened to everything and managed to somehow pull everything we had in our heads into a masterpiece. We love nature and wanted a colourful, meadow-like vibe for our relaxed spring wedding. We also wanted stylists who could make the most of our lovely but relatively small venue. Finally, we wanted to be confident that our wedding day would look beautiful without having to stress about it or do anything ourselves. Sass absolutely nailed it on all three points. Working with them was a dream from start to finish. They were very flexible and creative, had a lot of options, and were easy to communicate and plan with. They created very effective moodboards so we could see that they fully understood what we were asking for. Their quote was detailed and fully broken down so we could see what every element cost. If we had wanted to do any of it ourselves, we could've easily adjusted the plan thanks to their honest and transparent approach. (However, we were so pleased with their vision that we just stepped back and let them do their thing.) We also got to visit their showroom and see multiple different styling options. They changed things before our eyes to suit our preferences, had example flowers and signage, mock table layouts, the whole shebang. They also met with us at the venue to plan things, and liaised with staff at the venue to make sure everything ran smoothly. We felt comfortable and confident throughout the whole process thanks to their careful approach. As for the big day itself - everything was absolutely perfect. Walking into the venue was like walking into a dream. The flowers were stunning, the decor was gorgeous. Everything was exactly as we wanted, better than we imagined. We received countless compliments from our guests. One guest, who is a professional event planner, was stunned to hear what we had spent on the flowers and styling, as she expected the cost to be higher. Our bridesmaids kept their bouquets while we took the rest of the flowers home - and despite driving over an hour in a very hot car, they lasted beautifully and adorned our home for a week afterwards, which was a lovely treat. Thank you Emily and Fran for making our day look like a fairytale!

James came out to fix a leak from our roof of unknown origin. Arrived exactly when he said he would for the quote, and exactly when he said to do the work. Really nice guy, took a video to show the problem and how he fixed it. Cant recommend enough. Will be keeping his number for any future roofing needs.

After being let down by a previous roofer, we contacted James, who came when he said he would to look at what was needed, gave a very reasonable price for the work and booked us in very quickly. Chocolate what can I say? Lisa has been performing miracles on my hair for longer than I care to think about. The service is superb and I’m always greeted with warmth and hospitality. Over the last year under covid19 rules and regulations the salon has been immaculate, all the staff wear their PPE constantly, they have their own trollies and equipment, which is cleaned after every use and I’ve never felt safer. I suffer with anxiety so this means a great deal to me and I would like to thank every member of staff for their professionalism and friendliness that they give to not only me but all of their clients. Been going to Tansy for beauty for years and would definitely recommend her to anyone. She definitely does the best lashes around! Since she took over the hair too I’ve been twice and both times Ellen has coloured my hair perfectly. It’s the best colour I’ve had for years! Had one of the best hair colours I’ve ever had at this salon thanks to Eve. She really really listened to what I wanted, and the excecution of it was outstanding. My colour came out identical to what I had showed her I wanted in a photo. It was so complimentary on my skin tone. I really Couldn’t be more pleased with it. Tansy did my wedding makeup and my bridesmaids makeup. Tansy stayed with us all morning from 7:30 until 11 she put us all at ease the whole time she was there making us laugh and feel relaxed. Tansy waited patiently while we had our hair done so that she could top up our makeup perfectly after we’d put on our dresses. She even helped with other little jobs while she was there like looking for the Flourist’s car. Our makeup looked fantastic and stayed perfectly all day even after dancing! Would definitely recommend for bridal makeup.

A.S. Party set up our wedding decor, providing table centre pieces and chair decoration. They helped us pick what would look good and came in to set it all up before the wedding. They made the venue look even more incredible than it already did. They also supplied the DJ who was great; he really listened to what we wanted to play and kept the guests up and moving until closing time. We would really recommend them. Thank you guys.

Thank you for providing a memorable party for my daughter’s 21st. Disco, Kareoke and selfie booth. So professional, could not do enough to make our evening special. Took all the worry of needing to understand all the technology. I was going to just hire a Kareoke machine, I am so glad I didn’t. The night was just perfect. Would highly recommend!!

Had these for my wedding in November amazing came in the afternoon to set up I didn't even know they'd done that as they didn't disturb the wedding bfast very accommodating with the music. I would like to say a huge thank you to A S Party for making my Daughters wedding at the Fox and Goose on the 8th September very special, we had a couple of last minute changes for the evening, and they saved the day by finding, and playing a couple of very specific and slightly obscure songs, they also provided the disco for the evening which went well. I would highly recommend the Ice Cream bike, along with popcorn and candy floss, this went down extremely well with our guests. Excellent service very highly recommended.

I am very pleased with the new roof fitted by Phil and his team. They were very professional throughout the project. The team were all on site for 5 days a week, ensuring that the work was completed in good time. They took care to do all the complicated parts thoroughly and ensured that no rain got into the loft space. They kept a tidy site and were very pleasant to have around. I felt confident to trust the experience and advice of Phil and his team and look forward to many years of having a trouble-free roof.

Phil and his team have just replaced our main roof, lower extension roof and bay window roof. After being let down by two other roofing contractors, it's been a pleasure having Phil and his team. The work was carried out quickly, on time, with minimal disruption and we are really pleased with the quality. Phil responds to messages promptly and his team are a great bunch of lads to have around. They were also very considerate of our neighbours. Would highly recommend.

Phil and his team replaced the roofs, fascia's and soffits to our house and garage. They worked through ice and snow, but persisted and were always cheerful and polite. We were kept fully informed at all stages. They have done an excellent job, to a high standard. Phil used Crescent Scaffolding and they similarly did a great job through awful conditions! We are very pleased with the roofing work that Phil and his team have done.

Phil and his team recently removed, insulated and put a new membrane on our leaky stone roof before relaying the stones. They ensured that the stones matched in thickness and size so that there wouldn’t be any issues in the future. The team were really hard working and friendly, they explained what they were doing and why and kept me updated. They even turned up when it was snowing and did what they could. I’m honestly so pleased I found Phil and his team and I recommend them highly.
