Sean along with his team of Johnnie & Charlie, have just installed a new roof on our property, from the initial contact, the measuring up, the choice of tiles (non of which the other Roofing companies offered) to the actual installation and all the additional work I asked them to carry out as they went along, they were nothing but professional all the way through. They turned up everyday, weather permitting on time every day. To say we are very happy with the finished job is an under statement. I can fully recommend Sean and his team

Highly recommend Sean and his team at Town and Country Roofing Derby. Above and beyond customer service, no pressure, clean, honest and respectful workmanship. Sean is very prompt and explains what he is doing step by step, so there's nothing hidden. Even had the patience with fixing a few minor tweaks, without question; as a customer he wanted to make sure we was 100% happy with the job. The price quoted, was price paid. Even better, it was stress free, Sean handled everything from scaffolding to supplies - making our first big project a breeze! Outstanding work for the price and service. Neale provided his expertise to replace an induction hob for my elderly mum, nothing was too much trouble; his service was quick and professional and he spent time to show my mum the controls and functions of the new appliance. Would highly recommend him as he is very polite and efficient to deal with.

We called Neale in as we had no electricity in our bathroom and the fan in the downstairs loo was intermittent. We were very happy with Neale's work and he corrected the faults quickly. We would certainly use Neale Brendon in the future and recommend him for any electrical work.

We used B&S to repair a flat roof. Communication with Steve was good, they were able to come promptly to quote then do the job, the team were friendly and efficient, and the work looks great. We would recommend them and would use again.

Very happy with my roof repairs from B&S. Very quick communication, lovely service. Steve replied to my initial query and email queries very quickly and helpfully, the quote got done quickly, and the roofers who did the work were very friendly and lovely. Even though, once they got up there, they ended up finding more tiles needed replacing than first thought, they had brought spares anyway, and I was still only charged as per the initial quote. Really pleased that a good few years’ worth of storm damage is now fixed. I would definitely use B&S again, and recommend to others.

Excellent service from Steve and the team, following our discovery of a leak around the chimney. As demonstrated by the photos, there was significantly damage to the chimney brickwork and the valley was filled in with a mixture of rubble and moss, giving significant drainage issues. Steve was able to quickly visit the property, assess the issue and quote for us. He recommended that we have the entire chimney removed and have the valley adjusted to allow for proper drainage. His team were able to visit and quickly sort the problem, with clear updates as to their work and rationale given. For anyone considering employing B&S Roofing, I can only recommend them.

Steve and his team provided an excellent service from the first call to request a survey and quotation to the work being done. The survey was completed using a drone showing the damaged areas on the roof. Quotation was provided swiftly and work completed within a week. Hopefully the need does not occur again soon but would be more than happy to use SPH Roofing again.

I had the pleasure of hiring Steve and his team to do a full roof installation, replacing all the old existing tiles and roofing felt. I have been having leaking issues due a poor dry ridge installation in 2017. After doing extensive vetting and meeting the team I was very confident that I have found the right team. First impressions are important to me, this was maintained from start to finish and I believe they worked on my home like it was their own. Kurt, Lewis, Regie and Jamie were very polite (even when I got their names wrong consistently), genuinely attentive and patient when I asked a lot of questions about what they were doing and why. Each time I left settled and more confident that the work was in good hands, night and day compared to work the that was done previously. Before finishing off the day the team would make sure the surrounding site was clean and tided from debris. I have since (and evening during the work) had neighbours complimenting, admiring the hard work and professionalism the team displayed. I’m very critical and fussy but the final result is ‘perfect’. I have no issue recommending SPH Roofing to any friends and family. Now I just need it to rain so it’ll wash some of the dust off the new tiles haha. Thanks again SPH, Super job.

The Rooster Bar was decorated in autumnal colours which set the scene. There was an abundance of waiting staff who were attentive after being seated and orders taken. I had the fish platter which was lovely, smoked salmon, prawn cocktail and smoked herring pate. Enjoyed the evening.

Booking Vermillion for our wedding week was the best decision. From the planning all the way through to the big days, everything ran smoothly. Pav helped our visions come to life, and delivered even more than we could’ve expected. Our friends and family were blown away by the decor, and we heard compliments throughout the week. Working with Pav was the best thing we did. We booked our wedding pre-covid and had to downscale to an intimate wedding of 25. Pav, everything you and your team did on that day was spectacular. From the centrepieces to the signs outside, right upto the top table (without being biased, it was the best one I've ever seen 😅), was absolutely amazing. It gave the venue such a wonderful look. By far my best investment for my wedding day. During planning a wedding people sell you the dream, and then don't come through but Vermillion Events DEFINITELY came through! Pav and his team totally transformed the venue, throughout the process they were flexible, efficient, calm, professional, paid attention to detail and gave me the most competitive quote. I'm a picky person, and like things VERY particular, I don't often use the word perfect but the service, and the outcome was nothing short of perfection. You wont regret booking them. The champagne breakfast was 10 out of 10. The food was superb, the staff friendly and attentive, without being intrusive. There was plenty to choose from on the menu, something for everyone, and if you had any dietary requirements, those were catered for too. The atmosphere of the Dovecote was relaxed and unrushed. Thank you for a lovely and enjoyable meal.

Just arrived back after a 4 night stay. I can only describe the experience from the minute I arrived until the minute I left as Wonderful, Magical, Cosy, Home from Home, All Team Members ho above and beyond, so friendly and absolutely nothing is too much trouble. I would like to thank 3 people in particular, and this is in no way a reflection as these were the main people who assisted me during my 4 night stay. Tracy, Debbie, Lisa. I would love to put each of them forward for a staff award if you have one. I can't wait to stay again in 5 weeks as I never feel like I am away from home when staying at Morley Hayes it really is home from home. Thanks again ☺️

I don't normally leave reviews, but credit where credit's due! I had a leak in my roof and they were out in no time, they waterproofed it all and then came back to do all the repairs. Great service, great price and very professional. They even dealt with the wasp nest that I had living between my tiles and the felt despite getting stung themselves! Paul showed me the damage, explained what needed doing and sent me photographs to show all the work being done. As well as being a professional, Paul is the best roofer, has a heart of gold and a really competitive price - you should really use this company!!

What a refreshing experience. A company that returns calls, quoted with full explanation, and answered all queries in a timely manner. Due to past experiences we were very hesitant to go through the whole 'Workman/Renovation' scenario. However fair play to this company, very professional, friendly and competitive. Paul has just completed a repair on the roof of my house with the upmost professional approach. Paul was clear and informative, he was extremely helpful and always kept me informed. We were delighted with the company when they came to repair our storm damaged chimney. The assessment was thoughtful and detailed; the estimate reflected this and arrived immediately. The work was done a few days later by the team who were friendly, business-like and efficient. We like the results very much and everything was tidy (including removal of the scaffolding by the company they regularly use) four days after work began. In particular there was absolutely minimal damage to the treasured plants in our crowded garden. What more could you ask.

I don't even know where to begin!! I was absoloutely stunned at how amazing Sophie and the team did on our wedding day. The decorations were beyond beautiful and you guys worked so hard and even in the hottest day on record!! I had no idea what I wanted when I first came to your studio and it's like you guys were in my head and created this vision that was perfect. Even the moongate (with the last minute alterations) was absoloutely amazing and I loved it even more than the original plan! Everyone was so impressed with how the venue was decorated. Sophie and the team went above and beyond for our beautiful wedding day. I changed my mind multiple times with colour, decor and a huge delay due to Covid was partly the cause for my decision changes. Regardless, nothing was too much for Sophie and the team, they were always professional and friendly, even on the night before when I realised I had missed off the order chair seat robes for the ceremony chairs and had only accounted for the wedding breakfast chairs, Sophie saw how upset and stressed I was and sent a member of staff the following day (wedding day) to arrange this for us at no extra cost which was amazing. I used imagine event design for our wedding decor in March 2022, they made our venue look just as I described, they are super supportive even after so many emails of ideas, and they truly go above and beyond to get your vision to come to life. They came in and set up seamlessly we had zero stress on the day as they were so quick and professional. I recommend them to anyone who asks about our decor on the day and I won’t hesitate to use them again for an event in the future!
