We had a flash and a bang yesterday morning and the spur controlling our electric hob was dead. Within 2 hours of my calling, Luke was there with the relevant spare parts and fixed it within 30 minutes. I was very impressed by the whole process and service, from the way I was treated during the initial phone call, through the job itself, to the completion of the payment via ApplePay. I have already given them another job!

Ken & Tom were bang on time today and did a fantastic job making some alterations to our new build! We had an additional socket fitted in a difficult position, an external light and a Ring hardwired doorbell installed. They left everywhere just as they found it. We're great at cleaning up, making sure to wear shoe socks when walking through the house and kept us updated with all the works along the way, including answering our questions and helping out with issues we may come across in the future. Really happy with the work and would recommend them any day of the week! Wish they'd done the house instead of the homebuilders!

Sean along with his team of Johnnie & Charlie, have just installed a new roof on our property, from the initial contact, the measuring up, the choice of tiles (non of which the other Roofing companies offered) to the actual installation and all the additional work I asked them to carry out as they went along, they were nothing but professional all the way through. Mr Matthew woodfield P&C:- Power & Control Ltd PV I've upgraded from an existing 6kw battery to a further 6kw battery to give me a total of 12kw storage for my solar Pv system. From start to finish the whole experience was very pleasant. Dan-thanks for being very thorough on what batteries that I needed for my solar system.They say everyday is a school day and I can honestly say it certainly was the things that I picked up on the conversations we had helped. We then have Jake and again he was very helpful nothing was a problem on coming back with the answers. Then we have the electrician (Ryan) the ambassador of the company 'very smartly dressed' contacted me on the way introducing himself and giving me an eta. His ethics and knowledge workmanship was second to none. All in all price comes into everything and PAC was the company who stood out for helpfulness,compasion,enthusiasm, and professionalism. Great experience start to end with P&C, they installed an EV charger for me at short notice after British Gas (via Hive) estimated 6-7 weeks just to complete a pre-install survey, never mind actually doing the install! Called me within a couple of hours of callback request via their website, did a survey via Whatsapp video call within 24 hours of first contact, arranged install for the following week. Install went very smoothly on the day, installer listened to all my requests and quickly proposed the install method best suited to my premises. Very quick and neat job, very happy with the results, would recommend Power and Control to anyone looking for a domestic EV charger install.

Had a great service when having my ev charger fitted a few years ago. But for me the quality of a company is shown in their aftercare. While having an issue with my charger i rang up hoping they'd be able to get to me urgently within the coming days… 1 and a half hours later they were knocking at my door! Incredible service. The fault was with the charger and luckily it’s under warranty, so i will not hesitate to use these guys to come and swap it out for the new one.

Since last having Michael out I have installed a kitchen. It was an easy decision to invite him back to quote for first and second fix regarding the electrics. The price was where I was expecting it to be and any extras he was happy to discuss during the install. I provided the drawings to Michael and when I came home everything was done to the MM including very tidy channelling in the walls. Nothing was an issue. Second fix went great, he tested the appliances and tested and certified all work. Within 24 hours he has returned all paperwork to me. I look forward to having Michael back for the stairway. We are in the process of moving house, and needed our EV charger removed from our old property. Contacted Loscoe Electrical, my husband had long seen their van around and always commented on how clean and professional it looked, so was the first person he contacted. Came back to us super fast with a quote and date and we booked in. Removal of the charger was super fast and efficient, really friendly and got the job done efficiently! Would defenietly recommend in future. Shame we are moving out of area otherwise we would have asked them to install our new charger.

After an online message was sent I received a phone call the next morning to arrange a visit the same day to determine the cause of a leak from the kitchen bay window. Nick and Dan arrived at 1pm and immediately spotted that some mortar was missing from the flashing in the wall and applied some silicone to the defective areas. This was a great relief to me as I had thought a complete new fibre glass repair would be necessary. Great job lads! I will be recommending and using you in the future.

We called Ricky and the team out to fix our dormer roof that had heavily leaked. The overall process was super quick and they gave us really solid advice to help whilst the scaffolding was setup. The leak was fixed and has been in perfect repair since, and the new flat roof looks clean & well finished. Absolutely can't recommend these folks enough, great work, professional and speedy!

Great team. From start to finish. I had a full roof replacement. A refurbishment of my chimney. Insulation added to my attic to building standards. The guys that did the work were on time, professional and so tidy. All round a good experience and friendly. Ricky was came through with a good quote, definitely not the most expensive I had.
