Sam Carter has been doing various electrical jobs around the house for me over the past 6 months and has been amazing. So helpful, knowledgable, professional and friendly, aswell as always comes when he's booked in and is reasonably priced which I can't say of any other electricians I've used in the passed.

Really good service, from welcome on the phone to polite and efficient plumber. We are very appreciative having been let down by a different plumbing service. A new baxi boiler installed by Lee and his team, excellent work carried out from the quote to paying the bill, they arrived on time and left the house as they found it, and not forgetting Chris who turned up a few days later at the drop of a hat to tidy up the brick work, fantastic job..👍

Excellent service Sunday morning discovered a leaking toilet. Ali came within an hour and promptly identified the problem and fixed the leak. I would highly recommend him and definitely use them again.

Mr Ali knew what the problem was though years of experience - a presiure problem needing a new controle unit - he just worked at it until it came fully back to life.The God of the unboilered sent him to me. The price was good too - less than he predicted. If you have a problem - you need AA - a real Emergency service. Put the details on your phone. I trust Mr Ali completely now - he is my default go to Heatng and pluming Engineer. If you have found a kind experianced and resonable priced plumer which i have in him - I say hold on to them. Great service. Very good carpentry work. Fitted for locks to 4 interior doors and they’re absolutely bang on. Would highly recommend, not only great workmanship but very competitively priced and came out extremely quickly. Also, it was a nice thought to have videos of all the door locks mechanism working

We hired Montana Property Maintenance to fit a new cloakroom wc and basin. The floor to ceiling tiles were all removed and the walls all plastered to make good; we also had more plastering done in the kitchen. All work was done to an exceptional standard and for a reasonable price. The guys cleaned as they went along and made sure we were happy with their work before they left. I would happily use Montana Property Maintenance for future projects and would be happy to recommend them.

I have used Etta Plumbing for my boilers annual service for the past 3 years and have this week had to call them as my boiler developed a problem leaving me with no heating / hot water when temperatures were well below freezing. I thought there would be no hope of getting an engineer out quickly but they managed to get out to fix the boiler the same day despite evidently being extremely busy. I can't fault their service or the helpfulness of Jim or Marc.

We used Etta for installation of 2 new radiators. Fantastic service and detailed surveying of the best way to complete the job. Costs were detailed and upfront. Fantastic communication from Steve and the guys who came to do the job were spot on. Steve has also taken out of hours phone calls to get my heating system back up and running after a valve failed(not related to the installation). Highly recommend using Etta.

We would highly recommend Etta. They have been looking after our central heating for some years now but this winter the boiler reported a fault and stopped working. Our system is old with various alterations and accessibility problems which meant that the cause of the problem took a lot of finding. However, Etta's excellent heating engineers were not to be defeated. Although the boiler was failing to work it was actually the pump that was at fault. We now have a fully working system with a new pump. Thank you Etta for getting to the bottom of the problem and not jumping to conclusions and unnecessarily replacing the boiler.

Woodward Plumbing & Heating Ltd., provided a completitive quote, broken down and easily understood. Ian recommended two types of combi-boiler, illustrating the pro's and con's of each and we decided on his advice on the best combi for size of our property. When it came to installation, Ian made sure we were prepped on what to expect, time frames and he was always courteous and a good listener. Arriving as agreed 1st thing, and putting in 2 full days work. The work was completed within the 2 days, to a very high standard, and we were confident to leave Ian & Steve alone in our home to get on with their work. There was zero mess afterward, and I believe Ian & Steve take great pride in the craftmanship and the quality of their work. There are others out there who bamboozle and try it on, we got 3 quotes and Ian Woodward's gave us the confidence to choose his company above the other two, who were ok but didnt instill confidence. Overall, as you can read, we are very happy to recommend Ian Woodward Plumbing & Heating.

Simon attended to repair a serious leak above the dining room ceiling. Access proved to be quite difficult but Simon worked round the problem, identified the source of the leak and sorted everything out for us very professionally, keeping damage and mess to an absolute minimum and charging a very fair price for the work. This is the second time Simon has done work for us and I can't recommend him highly enough. A really nice guy and an honest and expert tradesman.
