Its my honest review about Mr. Colin. Mr. Colin is very Honest , Friendly , Professional , Punctual, Hard working and Dedicated with the work. I was planning to get a Decking in my back garden for a size of 6m x 3.6m. I contacted Mr. colin over the phone , arranged to view the area and provided me a quote. He came on time as agreed , surveyed the area and understood my budget. He shopped around for me to get the best quality material to meet my budget. He plans his work methodically and executes it preciously as per the design. He kept me updated with every stage of work ( Removal , Frame work , Fitting and Painting ). I am overall Happy and Impressed with his work. He surpassed all my expectation. It's difficult nowdays to find trades man like Mr. Colin. I highly recommend Mr. Colin and will use him for my next Job.

Dan does our monthly window clean and he always let's you know he is coming the day before. He offers additional services such as gutter cleaning, etc, all done to the same high standard as his window cleaning. Dan is very easy to get on with and has a good sense of humour with his customers. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him!

Dan has cleaned our windows for a few years now excellent job done every time! You get a message day before to let you know he will be coming then one to say they are done so it’s so easy to keep up to date paying for the window clean.

Probably the most efficient and polite tradesperson I have met. Very punctual, honest and hard working with fair treatment, understanding and pricing. We have used Matthew multiple times and have referred him on serval occasions to receive thanks from those we referred him to. Shame there’s not much lore like him.

Needed some insect mesh installing to 3 exhaust vents in our home and the quality of the job has been great! The team even noticed an issue with the ducting and fixed that too! Mark did some work for us on a property we are selling from overseas. He was very professional and dealt with the logistics of us being overseas really well. Brilliant handyman found on Google. Didn't have the confidence to take down and install new shower screen. Spoke to Albert received a quote which was extremely competitive. Albert has been absolutely fantastic in the service he has provided. We have had all external windows, doors and patio doors mastic’d. Two broken extractor fans replaced, a set of patio doors readjusted and a new lock, fitted new blinds and a new shower screen. Albert is a perfectionist and his work is always completed to a very high standard. What a lovely man! Thank you Albert, we have found the perfect handyman for any future work 😊

Ray has cleaned our ovens twice now and both times he has been nothing but professional (even with a baby and toddler trying to 'help'!) Ray takes his time to ensure the oven is spotless, provides liners, if needed, and gives advice for future care. Would highly recommend.

Ray is an absolutely lovely man and a pleasure to speak to. He is certainly the BEST oven cleaner around and I can not recommend him high enough. My oven is like new! Ray puts 100% into his cleaning and it certainly shows in the sparkle! The little added touches such a new lights, liners and his knowledge of the oven is second to none and his price is such a bargain. I am definitely a new regular and will recommend him to anyone and everyone.

Ray has just finished cleaning our oven (which was much needed!) and it looks absolutely amazing! It looks shiny and totally rejuvenated and the price is extremely good value for money (includes new bulbs and filters, extractor and hob cleaned too). I would 100% recommend Ray to anyone!

Bobby-man-can maintenance has done a lot of work for us. We are DIY disasters and find that whenever we ask for a quote, there is never a job too big or too small. Everything has been carried out to a high standard. One of the largest jobs to be carried out was the insulation and boarding out of our entire loft. Bobby-man-can maintenance is trusted and reliable. We have always found his quotes very competitive. Would not hesitate to recommend and would use time and again.

Would highly recommend Rob to anyone as he can turn his hand to many things and is trustworthy and reliable. Recently had my loft insulated and boarded and there was minimal disruption or mess. Rob reused the old boards where possible to keep the cost down and has also repaired a hole in the ceiling. Thanks to Rob and Charlie for their hard work.

Ben has done a wonderful job on refreshing our walk in shower cubicle, removing and replacing all the old grout,re-grouting and resealing. He was recommended to us by a friend and we have not been disappointed. Very professional, cleared away all evidence of a very messy job we are very satisfied, our bathroom looks as new again.

Ben recently completed several jobs around the house for me (ranging from installing a new dishwasher to repairing an old wooden window frame, grouting the hearth tiles to repairing a kitchen cabinet door). I would highly recommend Benvale Home Maintenance - Ben was happy to tackle a variety of issues in our house including fitting a dishwasher, a complicated problem with fitting a cooker hood, putting up blinds and basically anything else we asked him to help with. No job is too much for him he just gets on with sorting everything and I wouldn't hesitate to book him again.
