Fantastic salon with lovely decor and atmosphere. The stylists are all experienced, knowledgeable, and totally customer focused. Their skill in understanding the clients' needs means you walk out having had a wonderful experience and looking and feeling a million dollars! They stock and use 'Kevin Murphy' products in a range to suit all hair types. I highly recommend the salon!

James is an exceptional electrician who went above and beyond whilst installing our solar panel and battery system. His deep knowledge of solar systems was evident from the initial consultation, where he took the time to explain every component in clear, understandable terms. The installation itself was executed with remarkable precision, and his attention to detail was impressive—from the perfectly aligned panels to the meticulously organised wiring. His professionalism and customer service were outstanding throughout the entire process. James was consistently punctual, responsive to all enquiries, and kept me updated on the project's progress at every stage. The final installation passed inspection without any issues, and the system has been performing faultlessly since day one. I'm already seeing significant savings on my energy bills through optimised solar generation and battery storage. I went through HyperVolt's website to look for approved installers and was connected to James who did a remote survey and explained everything involved with fitting an EV charger on a video call. James was attentive and listened to my concerns of making sure the installation was neat as I'll be looking at it every single day. Unfortunately, one of James' staff had an emergency on the day of the installation so we had to postpone. James made me aware as soon as he could and offered to come and complete the job at the weekend. I was in no rush as my EV was still on order so I suggested we do the following week instead as I don't like working weekends either! Jason did an excellent job at making the install look neat and answered any stupid questions I had along the way. Jason showed me how to use the HyperVolt app and made sure all the settings were configured correctly. Thanks James & Jason for doing a superb job at a reasonable price.

Like others I was connected to James through Hypervolt. Can honestly say James was quick to respond, dealt with a small issue with the case really well (Hypervolt supplied a unit with a label that couldn’t be removed and a small scratch). I’d have no hesitation recommending James.

Had a great service when having my ev charger fitted a few years ago. But for me the quality of a company is shown in their aftercare. While having an issue with my charger i rang up hoping they'd be able to get to me urgently within the coming days… 1 and a half hours later they were knocking at my door! Incredible service. The fault was with the charger and luckily it’s under warranty, so i will not hesitate to use these guys to come and swap it out for the new one.

Mr Matthew woodfield P&C:- Power & Control Ltd PV I've upgraded from an existing 6kw battery to a further 6kw battery to give me a total of 12kw storage for my solar Pv system. From start to finish the whole experience was very pleasant. Dan-thanks for being very thorough on what batteries that I needed for my solar system.They say everyday is a school day and I can honestly say it certainly was the things that I picked up on the conversations we had helped. We then have Jake and again he was very helpful nothing was a problem on coming back with the answers. Then we have the electrician (Ryan) the ambassador of the company 'very smartly dressed' contacted me on the way introducing himself and giving me an eta. His ethics and knowledge workmanship was second to none. All in all price comes into everything and PAC was the company who stood out for helpfulness,compasion,enthusiasm, and professionalism. Wow what a duo! Emma and Rebecca were incredible from start to finish! We couldn’t have wished for better co-ordinators! They made us feel super relaxed right from our initial chat and that anything was possible when making decisions on our big day! The day was absolutely faultless which was all credit to E&R! Even our guests commented on what genuinely lovely people they are! We’ll really miss wedding planning with them now it’s all done, but will take away such special memories thanks to them.

Where do I start?! Emma and the team were absolutely amazing from beginning to end! Emma could make sense of my rather vague descriptions of how I wanted things, the vision seemed clear in my head but it proved difficult trying to explain it. She knew exactly what to do to bring it to life and nothing was too much trouble. On the day she never stopped - she’s the extra bridesmaid/ best friend doing everything she could to help us and keeping us calm, the on the day coordinator seamlessly organising the supplier arrivals, personal chauffeur when we needed to move our car and slightly crazy looking lady running through the gardens so Chris would have a natural smile for the photos!! The dedication was another level! With me being rather OCD I didn’t know if I would be able to step back and enjoy the day fully without worrying about things but from the day before when we took all our things to set up I completely relaxed knowing everything was under control. Emma’s family were the perfect team and they couldn’t do enough for us but at the same time they felt like friends as they are so lovely and chilled. The day went so perfectly and we cannot thank Emma enough for her huge part in this. The only disappointment is that we can’t do the day all over again!!

Emma and Rebecca were incredibly attentive to our needs throughout the wedding planning process and helped create our perfect vision. The decor looked stunning and the gorgeous grounds provided a beautiful scenery for our day. Our guests, (many of whom had never been to Calke Abbey before) were blown away with the venue. The ladies at Ivy House were superb. They took care of every detail and went out of their away to ensure everything was perfect for us. They went above and beyond making sure every detail was covered. With the beautiful location, extremely professional, thorough and helpful wedding planners and charming décor, it was simply a perfect day! We are so grateful to the Ivy House Ladies for making our Wedding Day everything we could have wished for.

Douglas, of DKC Electrical Ltd, was outstanding in rewiring and re-positioning our mains electrical boxes, that are located in our garage, as well as some internal ceiling lights and switches. A rapid response was received by this company who completed the installation of a new 10-way mains fuse box making way for an additional fridge freezer. A clean, neat professional job was completed in record time. Then, another piece of work involved access to the loft to provide connections for two pull cord switches in two further bedrooms. The creative use of trunking meant redecoration was not necessary. I would highly recommend this company for any domestic electrical work.
