I contacted Zack after seeing a number of recommendations on local social media groups. Zack arrived on time, comms were very good and I am thrilled with the completed work. I now have a safe power supply to the greenhouse and shed as well as additional sockets in the house. I would definitely recommend Zack as my first choice for future electrical work.

Great experience from quote through to completion. Zack did a number of jobs around my house and worked with me to figure out the electrics for my media wall. Still a work in progress but the electrics are done and it’s looking good .

Absolutely brilliant service provided by Zack, upon finding his company details online and dropping him a message, he made immediate contact and arranged a date and time to come and look at the work required. A quote was provided using an online link sent via email, ensuring the process was smooth. Zack arrived on time to carry out the work and the standard was excellent throughout, he continued to fault find until the job was complete and advised on further work that may be required in the future. Pro Power Electrical came to do some electrical work in our new garden, they were amazing.. under patio lighting all connected so neatly into my garage, they also did my flood lighting the same way .. amazing neatness and very tidy lads .. As a bonus they moved my outdoor sockets so better half could use Ninjas again as new furnishings prevented this .. top job and reliable, know where to go to for future work Dog is a poser !!!

Had a partial rewire plus other work. I had every confidence in this company at every stage. Excellent value, a comprehensive estimate and all work completed on time. The guys were very conscientious and considerate, doing their best to minimise any disturbance and always leaving the house tidy. I would strongly recommend Positive Electrics.

We were nervous about using a firm found online, (it didn't work for us last time) and since our previous electrician retired , one of our old (35years) storage heaters also retired ! We were so pleased to find James and his team. He helped us decide on a replacement, explaining very patiently all the options, provided quotes, and gave a date. Two pleasant young gentlemen duly arrived, and completed the job . No mess, no fuss. They explained how the new equipment worked ( easy really) and removed all their rubbish. Nothing left behind. Simples. What a pleasant experience !

Very happy with Positive Electrics. James was very helpful on the phone, estimate provided within 2 hours (which was very close to final invoice) and very happy with the work carried out. I had some old light fittings swapped out for new, a dimmer switch replaced and some down lights put in. I provided a key and it was all sorted whilst I was at work. Will use Positive Electrics in the future.

This is the second time I have used Positive Electrics. This time I asked them to upgrade the lights in my kitchen, loft and outside to LEDs and motion activated where appropriate . James was very good an advising me about light levels - tone and brightness - which was helpful as I grew up with 40, 60 and 100w bulbs. He also advised me about replacing my burglar alarm and 2 old extractor fans in bathroom areas. The estimates were clearly laid out and I understood exactly what work was being done and roughly how long it would take. The team ( 2 electricians and a mate) that came to do the work were fantastic. I was working from home that day with a heavy schedule and they were very careful in planning their work so it didn’t disrupt mine. They were a pleasure to have in the house, very polite and friendly and they explained how all the new kit worked especially the burglar alarm. Before leaving they made sure I was happy and they tidied everything up and hoovered. I strongly recommend them.

James came to supply and fit me 2 security lights. He did a perfect job, even wrote down all instructions for me of how to change settings etc. Lovely helpful, friendly and respectful young man, nothings too much trouble for him. He leaves everywhere clean and tidy and doesn't leave the job until your completely satisfied with the work. He went above and beyond for me, even helped me sort a Blink doorbell out at no extra charge. He's a thoroughly nice guy, the nicest tradesmen I've ever dealt with and he's very reasonably priced too. I would certainly recommend James to anyone 100% 👍 Victoria

Amazing service! James came out to us a few months ago when Virgin Media cut through our electricity cable whilst installing fibre and didn't tell us 🙄 James came out at very short notice and identified the problem and advised us what to do next. He also gave us really useful advice about our ageing fuse box! Would highly recommend to anyone 😊

I recently had a Hypervolt Home Pro 3 EV charger installed by Plexus Electrical, and I’m extremely pleased with the service. Both Michael and his assistant were punctual, polite, and efficient throughout the entire process. Searched around for a local electrician who installed home EV charges and came across Plexus Electrical. Michael was very informative in helping us choose the correct EV charger and arrived on time and was quick and tidy in his work. Many thanks to Lee for his friendly approach and good nature. Electrical problems are not a problem at all when this pro is involved. This guy knows his stuff. The first time we had a short circuit with the switches. Lee came, replaced it and fixed it in a few minutes. I want to note that it was a weekend. The second time we had a broken electric cooker. We had nothing to cook on. Lee came, quickly figured it out, fixed it, advised what else needed to be done. And again everything works.
