We got married back in April this year and Nat and Kay assisted us with month of planning, as well us on the day co-ordination. We decided to book Luna Rose Events as we were having 2 different venues, needed help setting up on the day and wanted our day to be as stress free as possible. From the start, the communication was great, they were so friendly and bubbly. We had a few calls, met in person at the venue and it was great to be able to bounce ideas around. From around a month out Nat took control of our vendor comms, but still allowed me to be as involved as I needed to be and worked through any issues for us. On the day it all went so smooth... Nat and Kay dealt with any minor issues, ran around for us, and I literally had the most stress free & calm wedding morning & the rest of the day went perfectly. It was invaluable having them be a part of our day and I would recommend to anyone planning a wedding!

My husband Dan and I hired Natalie as our month-of/day-of coordinator for our wedding in June 2022 and I absolutely, 100% would recommend her (and already have, in fact) to any couple looking to have a stress-free wedding day with one of the loveliest people in the business!! Not only was she fantastic when discreetly running around behind the scenes all day, periodically checking in with us throughout and keeping everything running smoothly on the big day itself, she was an invaluable asset to have for both of us leading up to it as well! Only a couple of days before our wedding, our venue told us we wouldn't be able to drop our décor and wine/champagne off the night/day before the wedding as they had an event on all day. This had been our plan all along so Dan and I were scrambling to get something worked out with our bridal party, when along came our guardian angel Nat to help us out! She offered to take all the items & wine off our hands the day before the wedding, store it all for us and then take it down with her for setup on the morning of the wedding! The decorations and all of my personalised touches were set up exactly how I wanted and imagined them, I could not have asked for more. She also took on all of the last-minute confirmations with all of our suppliers in the month leading up to the wedding day. We didn't realise how much this would help when we hired her (about a year before our big day) but to not have to worry about all of the back-and-forth emails at that time of wedding planning was absolutely wonderful! As a self-confessed control freak, I was worried I would be nervous handing over the reins to someone else on the most important day of our lives but Nat is such a professional that there were never any worries or nerves to be had! Having her there on the day took all the pressure off me, my Groom, our parents, my Bridesmaids and his Groomsmen - we were all able to get on and enjoy the day to its fullest, knowing everything was sorted in the more-than-capable hands of Nat! Dan and I have said to each other, and to all of our engaged friends so far, that if they hire Natalie it will be the best money they will spend on their wedding and I cannot stress that enough!

We had the best day ever and Nat was absolutely instrumental to that. We went with Nat’s full planning service, and we are so glad that we did. We could not have had such a relaxed and intimate day without all of Nats support in the lead up, making sure everything was organised. All the stress melted away knowing that Nat was there on the day. It was great to have Nat to lean on for support (especially when Nick left his speech at the hotel!), leaving our guests, groomsman and bridesmaid to enjoy the day without having to worry about anything. We didn’t realise how much goes in to a wedding (even a small one) and we don’t know how we would have coped without Nat. All the little touches and attention to detail really made the difference. Right from the get go, Nat made the whole process enjoyable, despite the uncertainty of trying to plan a wedding during the covid hangover. Nat is so super friendly, supportive and also straight talking (which we definitely needed). If anyone is on the fence about asking for Nat!s services, our recommendation  would be to go for it! The investment was worth every penny. Xx

Me and my husband honesty couldn’t have gotten through the whole wedding planning process and our special day without Natalie. The support, time and dedication she gave us was the best - she always went above and beyond! Nat is genuinely passionate about what she does and we felt that all the way through. We’ll always be grateful for everything Nat did for us and couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

We were very lucky to have Nat and Kay apart of our special day on Friday 16th August 2024. From the time we initially spoke to the actual day, Nat was nothing but attentive, helpful and just a genuine sweetheart to work with. Weddings in themselves are such a stress and Nat really helped us with our planning and ensuring we stayed on top of everything. We couldn’t have had such a smooth running day without the timeline created together and having both Nat and Kay present on the day. Things naturally don’t go to plan always but when you have someone like Nat and Kay present who are both calm natured yet direct to make sure things are running smoothly and that you as the client are happy (and fed for that matter) everything really does just go smoothly.
