I want to express a review based on how much I love my job and the people I work with.

We all come together as a team to support each other, care for each other, guide each other and celebrate each other’s wins when we need them the most. We come together as a team to overcome any obstacle or challenge and we work together to reassure each other. That is why I love working for TVE. It’s the PEOPLE who work here for me. I genuinely feel like I have a little family here. I know the whole team also replicate this with our clients and we all want to do well for them and I love how much we involve the venues we work with, in our everyday working week.

Doing what I do here at The Venue Experts and after recently getting married myself and what Stacey Ferguson-Czersovski has shown me along the way has naturally enabled me to make stronger connections with our couples who I work with every day too and to be able to share this moment with them and honestly know what it’s like to step into their shoes, is the world's greatest perk.

And because I do not want to admit that my wedding is over (Huge wedding blues 😭) I will continue my wedding in other peoples, which makes my job, the best job in the world. Plus having some amazing colleagues by my side just puts the cherry on top of the cake

As a member of the TVE team I wanted to share my review of the company from an employees perspective.

Not only do I absolutely love my job - helping people to find their dream wedding venues and helping the venues that own them smash their sales targets, I also get to have fun every day with my colleagues whom I would now call friends.

In just 6 months I have met some amazing people and made some great new friendships and client relationships. The passion and drive that are team have is incredible and we all work so hard and strive to achieve the very best for our clients and couples!

Stacey is the driving force behind TVE and is a wedding superstar. Her knowledge, expertise and support is incredible and she really cares about our team, how we work together what we think and takes onboard our ideas. She has made my son starting school a breeze, with the flexibility I have to do the school run mornings and afternoons all whilst down a full time job and loving what I do - as a Mum herself when starting The avenue Experts she knew it had to work for families too.

Not many can say they love going to work everyday but I genuinely can. If you were thinking of joining the Winners Club…what are you waiting for?! 💚
