From our very first meeting we knew that Tor was the person to plan our wedding with us. She had the best personality, was easy to get on with and she was obviously very knowledgeable in her field which filled us both with confidence. Myself and Dave are very busy people, and got especially busy as we were planning our wedding. Tor was there day and night, no matter what time I messaged her with a query or idea she was on the ball so fast. Tor also recommended the best suppliers. One of them being Gemma from Rock and Wreath, our flowers were absolutely unreal and I felt confident giving Gemma complete freedom and creative license with her designs. I had an idea of maybe having a live sketch artist but after searching and searching I couldn’t find the right person. Tor absolutely pulled it out the bag and found the amazing little Beth Illustrations. We would have never had such special wedding favors if it wasn’t for Tor finding Beth. Tor also found the beautiful Bethan Steers for my hair, and the amazing Beth Kennet for our wedding videography! These two women were an absolute joy of energy to have around on the day, but every single person involved was. So I’m so grateful to Tor for finding all of these wonderful suppliers because they were truly out of this world, every single one of them. On the day of the wedding Tor was never not by my side, anything I needed she was there 100 percent and really had my back no matter how big or small, from making sure I had coffee when I was tired, to emergency steaming my wedding dress. We hired Victoria for on the day coordination for our wedding, and it was one of the best decisions we made during the whole planning process. She's detail oriented, passionate, and amazing to work with. No task is too big or small for Victoria, and the entire wedding ran so smoothly thanks to her help! As a bride, I was truly able to unplug and focus on having the time of my life on the day, knowing she had it all handled. We can't recommend her enough!

We hired Victoria for the wedding day management for our wedding, and I can't say enough positive words. Even from the start during our intro call, to coordinating with vendors, to the final day wedding celebration, she exceeded our expectations. I was hesitant to hire someone for the day of coordination because I am a planner myself, but Victoria checked every box and she allowed me to unplug and really enjoy the day with my family and friends. Highly recommend her because of her organization skills, professionalism, and how pleasant she was to work with!

As a wedding videographer, I wish every wedding I captured had a Victoria! Having someone like Victoria to go to with questions and check ins made the day run so much smoother than I’m used to! Victoria is the kind of person that is so on it as well and thinks of every little detail but is so creative and flexible in how she works to help and assist with whatever you need throughout the day. Not just for the couple but for the suppliers too! I would urge people to hire her and highly recommend Victoria as the lovely person she is and for the great services she offers!

It's one of the nicest and most serene venues I've been so far in years. The owner is business minded. I say this because a beautiful garden is attached to the Hall where good pictures can be taken and canapés can be served before the hall is opened for the guests. There is parking just opposite the hall and also on the side roads. The toilets are sparkling clean and you have a reception area as well. I can only give this venue a 5 star.

I recently had my nikah at Occasions Events Venue, and it was an exceptional experience. Saleem, the event manager, demonstrated excellent communication throughout, ensuring every detail was taken care of. The decor and food surpassed our expectations, creating a truly magical atmosphere. The venue's fantastic parking facility and beautiful outdoor private space added to the overall charm. Highly recommend Occasions for any special event!

Working with Pav was the best thing we did. We booked our wedding pre-covid and had to downscale to an intimate wedding of 25. Pav was so calm and as we went through the journey, he listened and took on board our vision but also understood us. We cannot recommend them enough! Pav was absolutely brilliant. CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH! I’m so glad I booked Pav back in 2019. For me it’s really important that I can connect with my vendors and Pavs energy really stood out to me, he built a great rapport with me and I knew instantly we could work easily together. Pav is really passionate about his work and this truly comes through in his dedication to go above and beyond to make my wedding special and meet my vision! We had some challenges with the pandemic and Pav was always accommodating and did everything to make sure he could provide a service despite numerous date changes. He was flexible, open minded and super committed. Both events were absolutely stunning and I couldn’t be happier with the level of work!!! I received so many compliments and I am so happy I trusted my gut and worked with vermilion events the whole team is lovely. Booking Vermillion for our wedding week was the best decision. From the planning all the way through to the big days, everything ran smoothly. Pav helped our visions come to life, and delivered even more than we could’ve expected. Our friends and family were blown away by the decor, and we heard compliments throughout the week. We were a bit unsure on what our budget would get us, and Pav was completely transparent on what would be provided. We are super grateful that we booked with such a professional and friendly team. We had our wedding at Shottle on 23.08.24 and it was the most special day. The house and gardens are beautiful, the staff were amazing and the day couldn’t have gone smoother. Our wedding coordinator was Holly and from the get go she was amazing at communicating with us, sorting any queries and helping us plan. I was quite stressed up till our meeting where Holly calmed all my anxieties and put me at ease, and on the day she made sure it all went smoothly! The food was gorgeous and we had compliments from everyone on the venue & the food. Every detail was thought of and we couldn’t have asked for a better day! Thank you to the team at Shottle Hall!

Absolutely stunning venue that we stayed at while celebrating a friend's wedding. The only recommendation that we could make is that the venue could do with putting black out blinds in the family bedrooms as our little one woke up with the sunrise at 4am. But otherwise delicious food, beautiful scenery and wonderful experience.

This was my venue from the minute I turned on the drive. Its just stunning. We managed to have great weather so married outside, the kids spent hours playing hide and seek in the gardens and football in the field. Every guest said how beautiful it was. The staff are all incredible, nothing was too much trouble, the food was 100% I will never forget this place or the team that helped put my dream wedding together. I'm just sad I only get to do it once.
